so my hamster loved this when i got it. he wouldnt leave it he loved it so much. put his nest there and everything BUT. i sadly have to say i have to get rid of it. BEFORE YOU BUY THIS please note that you need to put some kind of coating on it. my poor baby got an upper respiratory infection which caused a lump on his neck and an eye infection that made his eye bulge, become dry, and unable to move or even close. i would recommend to the people who made this to put a coating on it for us or at least warn us about this but there’s sawdust all over it and i didn’t realize it when i bought it but it caused the infection and hamsters are very sensitive and prone to it if you don’t take the right measures. you also need to have it coated with something if your hamster pees on it, otherwise the pee will just soak right into it and there’s no way to clean it. i would give this product a 5 star if it came coated and not just raw wood.

This was the perfect hideout for our baby Syrian hamster Sasuke! We built him a large enclosure and needed a multi chamber hide for him to feel safe. The product is clean cut, workmanship is on point. It looks beautiful perfect for a natural set up. Large and flat very sturdy. We stood his wodent wheel right on top I bought a second one for my other enclosure we loved it so much! 10000% recommend.

this product gives your hamster the ability to have what it would have in the wild great product! my only concern is if your hamster has a pee chamber you want to cover it with plasti kote this protects the wood.

the product is amazing, me and my hamster love it. however, I ordered the 6 room small and they sent a 2 room small. pretty bad communication but they refunded and I got a chamber in the end, so im happy with it.

My dwarf hamster immediately loved it & made it his main hideout! I bought the small 3 chamber & its perfect for my dwarf hamster in his 75 gallon tank. Looks great in natural setups.

It was a bit small for my syrian hamster but either way, he stays in it all day!! It was kinda pricey though.

My syrian hamster loves his new house ( Large 6-room ). There were a few places where the wood wasnt put together the best, but it works overall.

My hammie loves this house! It fits perfectly in his 50 gallon (200 qt) bin cage, and it gives him a room for food, a room for the toilet, and a room to sleep, two rooms have doors (one in front and one on top, and in the sixth room I put fresh shredded toilet paper for him to add to his nest in his sleeping room whenever he wants. It’s well built and comes with sandpaper, though I didn’t need it because all the edges were smooth. I only put his Niteangel wheel (love that, too!) and a large flat rock (under the water bottle) on the lid so it’s easy to open when I need to clean the toilet area. My hammie and I agree this house is worth the investment!

My hamster loves it . She sleeps in it everyday. Has plenty of run for her to decorate how she wants lol. Very nice
