It’s dielectric grease from Permatex

Used it when changing spark plugs and top-of-spark -plug ignition coils on MB-350.. Perfect. The little tube will last probably another two or three changes..good value.

Great Dielectric grease for electrical connections. Just the right thickness so it wont run off but still flows nicely. I bought this can over a typical tube because I thought it might be easier to store cleanly and be ready to use when needed. Not really the case, since the applicator tip stores next to the cap and is full of grease. I dont understand why, with just a little more thought, a more sanitary applicator setup could be provided with these grease products. I ended up designing my own tip applicator and made one with my 3D printer that works perfectly and remains on the tip at all times and stores under the factory cap. Now Im really happy with my new grease! Maybe these guys will do something like this for the rest of you some day.

If youre a motorhead you just have to do it right. I use this on any watertight electrical connections under the hood of todays new cars. This is especially important if you are testing electrical connections that have to be un-plugged and reconnected. It also keeps the connections from becoming dirty and corroded. This works great on the inside of the spark plug boots to make removal easier without destroying the wire. I have found many uses and I think you will too.
