Firstly the drive must be re-formatted to be used like anyone in the world would use the device. Secondly, anytime my computer is put to sleep, these drives and ONLY these drives must be reconnected to be recognized by the computer. Overpriced for a bad product. Go with a samsung and have it work.

This drive has been working perfectly for me and the speed has been impressive for a usb drive.

Already started a return. Max speed is between 35 and 40 MB/sec. Tried on several different ports with different cords, could never get above that. Absolute FRAUD. Im starting to get sick of the number of returns Im having to do with Amazon. Its ridiculous.

Really FAST portable drive.

I purchased two of these 500gb SSD drives to connect and use as startup drives on my old Mac computers and I couldnt be happier as they made a dramatic improvement in both speed and performance. Ive been using them for over a year now and couldnt be happier. Would highly recommend.

Especifican claramente que la lectura del disco es de 1050mb/s cuando lo real es 340-370mb/s, simplemente aberrante. Mejor comprar la versión regular extreme, que tiene la misma capacidad de lectura; o comprar otra marca.

First of all, this portable drive is tiny. Its about a quarter the size of a conventional portable hard drive. Secondly, its about ten times faster than a hard drive and double the speed of a conventional USB SSD. This comes at a price, but if one needs speed, its well worth the extra cost.

This is for the pro version. So far its great ,fast about twice as fast as the my passport sad. Tho like some have said about other drives it does get warm will in use. Hotter then I thought it would but its still cooler then the passport in extended use. I might update when I test it more. For a fast drive its difficult to beat outside of internal.

Such a cool product. But I had it stolen from me within a week.
