Speedball Deluxe Soft Rubber Brayer, 4-Inch

I used this roller for many of my crafting projects. The cost was superior to many of the crafting web sites. The rubber was soft; however hard enough to work well as a pressure device on many mediums, such as leather, paper and laminate, and thin wire. It is a sturdy construction so I am not worried about it breaking with use. The handle is short enough to be a comfortable size, and not too wide to hold in small hands. There is not a lot of complexity to this item.

Speedball is my friend, makes spreading paint a lot easier. I put paint between two sheets of paper and rolled, that was a surprise,

I was really excited when the Brayer came in the mail, I bought it as a birthday present for my brother. But when my brother used it, the handle broke right off.

VERY disappointed in this roller. It came with two large flat spots in the center that disrupted inking on my piece. No matter how hard or lightly I pressed, how long I worked to distribute the ink, those spots still appeared. Quality control needs to improve.

I was looking for an ink roller to use in my work shop. I ordered this one figuring it would be a cheep china made hunk of junk. Boy was I surprised, It was USA made in the old style of manufacture. Heavy steel frame that will not twist or bend under use. nice rubber roller that readily picked up my marking medium and rolled smoothly. Great job Speedball

Ive used this brayer (roller) for applying glue to wooden projects as well as to smooth out smaller clay pieces in their molds, the sizes being a bit small to use the longer clay roller. It works well, and seems to be exactly what I needed.

Item arrived as promise and it is as advertised. Awesome product, I used this product slightly different as it was design, I am a novice at woodworking and use this brayer to handle my glue up work for small to medium.

Works great!
