Definitely a great choice giving lost of versatility. I have spaces the racks at 22 in without offset and it fitted perfectly. The only idea I have for improvement is to include a paper template so it will be an even easier installation.

This rack is amazing and I am glad I purchased it. It is very sturdy and comes with very large bolts, which means it takes a bit of time to mount but once it is up it isnt coming down. Allows me room in my garage to mount the bike and then swing it to the side to get it out of the way. Very cool feature. My one minor negative, the bracket that holds the rear tire from rubbing the wall has tall sides, so when I pivot the bike to the side my deep rim wheels/tire dont sit inside the bracket anymore and end up resting on the top edges. It still keeps the wheel from rubbing the wall, but would like to see a bracket that is not so tall on the sides so the wheel/rim can pivot a little better and stay within the side walls. Highly recommend however!

Nice rack, easy to install, pivot feature is very nice and makes it easier to mount in an odd or unused space. The rack straight out of the box felt a little flimsy, but the support from the massive stud bolts really stiffens the rack up and makes it impressive. Very little flex when folding and unfolding, no bounce when the bike is mounted. The pivot is smooth and feels stable. Im glad I mounted it before I made any decisions. The only reason for the -1 star is that my rack came in an undamaged and taped box, but one of the end caps that cover the mounting screws was not in the box when I opened it. The whole thing works without the second end cap, but is isnt as pictured and I dont know if there is only supposed to be one.

I hardly ever wright any reviews, but felt it was necessary after I installed these for my wife and I. As all, the older we get, the ease of use become very important and that was the main reason I purchased these bike racks. The bike racks main two purposes are space saving and ease of use. Well these accomplish both. They were very easy to install (wall stud installation) and I had all three bikes up in less than an our. I would recommend these for anyone who needs the extra space and does not want to have to lift the weight of the bike as with other types of bike racks.

I have a small garage and this product will help me keep floor space and it should be easy to store the bike without having to lift it up onto something. Just wheel it up on the back wheel. It’s winter here in Wisconsin so my brother and I installed it and we wheeled the bike in place hence the bike won’t be used for a few months so I can’t give a 100% testimony of the racks functioning but I like it so far. So far so good!

Spent a lot of time researching and testing bike storage systems... couldnt be happier with these. They cost a lot compared to rubber-coated hooks. But, unlike that cheap option, these are rock-solid, dont scrape your rims and make loading and unloading your bike as easy as rolling it. Additionally, the ability to swing the bikes allowed me to mount them 16 apart (perfect for attaching to studs), even mountain bikes with really wide handlebars. The only gripe I have is with the installation instructions. The method for calculating the mounting height is *way* off, especially for bikes with large tires. I had to add 2.5 inches for my mountain bikes and 1.5 inches for my dual sports with road tires. For bikes with big tires, it is extremely important that the rear tire not be touching the ground, or your bike will roll off the rack. Pros - Super compact storage due to swinging mount - Unbelievably easy to roll on and off... no lifting at all - Rock-solid construction - Feels like its worth more than it cost (and it aint cheap!) - Looks like they belong in a pro bike shop or the lobby of a trendy Silicon Valley start up - All hardware included, even for concrete and masonry walls Cons - Installation instructions may only be for road bikes, so your mileage may vary - Seriously, thats it

I installed two of these racks in a trailer. The rack is very easy to load the bike onto, and once the bike is mounted, it is very convenient to be able to pivot the bike right or left (superb design). This rack would work perfectly as designed if installed in a garage or house. But to use in a trailer that is being pulled down the road, around curves and over bumps, we added a few modifications. First we added easy-to-find velcro straps to prevent the front tire from coming out of the rack when we hit bumps. Second, we added a small chain and spring clip to secure the back tire in the lower mount. Finally, we added a chain and spring clip system to limit the swing of the rack and keep the bikes against the wall of the trailer when driving down the road. Everything unclips in seconds and the bikes are easily dismounted. This system is very convenient, since you can swing the bike in the rack to one side or the other to allow for storing other items in the trailer and for easy access to load and unload the bikes. The rack itself mounts easily to the wall and is very high quality. We expect many years of use from this product. We have had 4 very expensive bicycle racks for receiver hitches (obviously a different application), but this is the easiest rack we have owned to load and unload. Loading the bikes on this rack is more about technique than strength, which makes it perfect for those of us in our late 60s to load as well.

I have limited space in my garage and 4 bikes to store. This system is by far the most efficient and user friendly I have ever used. All my bikes are securely held and very easily removed for use. They allow you to swing the bikes to the side for more space, etc. I wish I had found them earlier. My only advise is that originally when installing the racks using their measurements, I found my rear tire about 3+ off the floor. This made it difficult for my children to put the bikes on and off. I lowered the mount so that the rear tire is only 1 off the floor and it is now extremely easy for even my 9 year old to use. Its actually harder for her to wheelie her bike to get it into position than it is to actually mount the bike in the rack.

easy ti install and saves me space. I swing the rack to the side and I wish that there was a way to lock it in the position I needed it to stay in.

This product was perfect for me. Obviously a hook in the ceiling is much cheaper, but buying 6 of these for my whole family is worth the house tour when I show guests my garage. I saved money by buying the used option, the racks came in perfect condition, only the packaging was marred, which was ideal for me.
