Spent a lot of time researching and testing bike storage systems... couldnt be happier with these. They cost a lot compared to rubber-coated hooks. But, unlike that cheap option, these are rock-solid, dont scrape your rims and make loading and unloading your bike as easy as rolling it. Additionally, the ability to swing the bikes allowed me to mount them 16 apart (perfect for attaching to studs), even mountain bikes with really wide handlebars. The only gripe I have is with the installation instructions. The method for calculating the mounting height is *way* off, especially for bikes with large tires. I had to add 2.5 inches for my mountain bikes and 1.5 inches for my dual sports with road tires. For bikes with big tires, it is extremely important that the rear tire not be touching the ground, or your bike will roll off the rack. Pros - Super compact storage due to swinging mount - Unbelievably easy to roll on and off... no lifting at all - Rock-solid construction - Feels like its worth more than it cost (and it aint cheap!) - Looks like they belong in a pro bike shop or the lobby of a trendy Silicon Valley start up - All hardware included, even for concrete and masonry walls Cons - Installation instructions may only be for road bikes, so your mileage may vary - Seriously, thats it

I bought this about 2 months ago I think and have had my bike pulled in and out of it a ton of times but still it’s holding really well. Now one thing to note is that this product is advertised as being able to be installed anywhere but in reality it’s best to instal on a wall stud to insure it won’t fall especially if it’s for a heavy mountain bike like mine. The arm easily swings the bike with a light push and shows no signs of strain. The bottom tire holder isn’t perfectly fitting for the tires I have on however that’s not too big of a problem for me. Overall great product that is really underpriced.

Once properly mounted on the wall, it is very easy to slide the bike in to it, regardless of weight. No lifting. Many other bike stands/ hangers require a person to lift the bike on to the hooks, which could be a problem. Very clever and sturdy design.

Loved the idea but didn’t work for our situation. Not enough room in our space. Will consider again if bigger garage

Bought two and realized how good this product is. So I bought another three and put all five bikes on the garage wall. Really sturdy, not the usual foreign junk. Super easy to install. Worth every penny!

Our garage is already pretty cramped and we needed a good way to store our families bikes… 3 adult bikes, 4 kids bikes… these racks worked out great. It is very helpful to be able to swing them around. This allows us to pull out the bike we need and leave the ones we do not with relative ease.

The Steadyrack holds the bike securely and it allows me to sweep under the tires without moving the bike. If I need more room to do something on one side of the bike/rack I simply swing it to the other side. My rack is hung at the back corner of my truck so if I need to carry something a little larger around my truck I simply swing my bike the opposite way. It works great. I always back my truck into the garage. I was missing a lag screw in my packaging when it arrived. A quick visit to Home Depot and $0.45 later I was all fastened to the wall. The box arrived ripped open on one end and the internal cardboard was also ripped. The plastic ziploc bag was open as well. Still annoying, but I cannot fault Steadtrack 100% for it not knowing what happened during shipping.

I installed two of these racks in a trailer. The rack is very easy to load the bike onto, and once the bike is mounted, it is very convenient to be able to pivot the bike right or left (superb design). This rack would work perfectly as designed if installed in a garage or house. But to use in a trailer that is being pulled down the road, around curves and over bumps, we added a few modifications. First we added easy-to-find velcro straps to prevent the front tire from coming out of the rack when we hit bumps. Second, we added a small chain and spring clip to secure the back tire in the lower mount. Finally, we added a chain and spring clip system to limit the swing of the rack and keep the bikes against the wall of the trailer when driving down the road. Everything unclips in seconds and the bikes are easily dismounted. This system is very convenient, since you can swing the bike in the rack to one side or the other to allow for storing other items in the trailer and for easy access to load and unload the bikes. The rack itself mounts easily to the wall and is very high quality. We expect many years of use from this product. We have had 4 very expensive bicycle racks for receiver hitches (obviously a different application), but this is the easiest rack we have owned to load and unload. Loading the bikes on this rack is more about technique than strength, which makes it perfect for those of us in our late 60s to load as well.

Great product. I saved some bucks by buying a used one. It arrived missing the wall anchor bolts, but I expected that (I had some spares from earlier installs, so it was no problem). Otherwise it lived up to its Like NEW advertising... This is the second time a used one shipped missing hardware (happened both times I ordered (used - like NEW items). Buy NEW if you expect all the parts! :-)

I was a bit hesitant to buy, because of the price. These work perfectly and are exactly what I needed to hang my bikes. Buy once cry once.

Steadyrack Wall Guide - StaggeredSteadyrack Wall Guide - Staggered

Save Wall Space - Staggered

Limited wall space? You can stagger the racks to overlap your bikes, with Steadyracks placed as close as 350mm (1ft 2in) apart. For mountain bikes or other wider handlebar bikes, racks should be placed 406mm (1ft 4in) apart. Great for apartments and small sheds.

Steadyrack Wall Guide - LevelSteadyrack Wall Guide - Level

Maximize Floor Space - Level

Maximize your floor space by hanging your racks at the same height and further apart. A minimum of 600mm (2ft) gap between the Steadyracks will allow for the optimum pivot range. For mountain bikes or other wider handlebar bikes, racks should be placed 813mm (2ft 6in) apart. Great for garages.
