> 3 dayThe removable cap/cover that you need to remove to install this is extremely tough to get off. The clips (on the main housing side) that holds to the cap can break and did in one area. Not happy but can live with it. The hinge are ultra stiff on my that makes it almost impossible to swivel. Slight loosening on one of the bolt helps dramatically. Otherwise it is a good solid unit.

> 3 dayI purchased this for my husband. We installed it on a wall of about 10 inches between a window and a cabinet on the adjacent wall that we occasionally get into in our garage. It saves floor space, we can very easily swing it out of the way to get into the cabinet and it holds his bike securely with no damage to the light weight road bike. We will be purchasing another one or maybe even two to use for our other bikes. I can’t believe how good this works and how secure the bike feels!

> 3 daySolid product that stores my fat tire ebikes. Installation was pretty simple and straight forward. It has you place the rear tire against the wall and then have the rack sit on the floor where you mark the hole for the top stud then measure from that point to the wall. Take that measure onto the wall and there you have it. Although you may want to add an inch or two. My ebikes only have 20 tires so it sat exactly on the ground as the tire couldnt sit on the whole swing arm. So I had to reinstall a little higher so the tires werent touching the ground. My ebikes weight about 73 lbs. so this rack seems to be pretty heavy duty. Only time will tell. A cool feature of this rack is being able to rotate the rack almost 180° to make more room. Really works good and makes more space for my car to fit. Id recommend this rack if you dont want to hang it from the ceiling but need room in your garage. Only reason for not getting 5 stars, besides cost, is that my ebike has fat tires AND fenders. The fender bike rack wont accommodate fat tires. So I had to undo my fender but the tire still sits on the fender a bit. Doesnt look like its going to crack, but it would have been ideal if there was a fat tire AND fender option. Overall, Im really happy about my purchase and the product looks sturdy and will keep my ebikes stored away to make room for my cars.

> 3 dayWe like these racks overall. The install isn’t difficult at all and they make tons of space in my garage. We ordered 8 of these in the fat tire format, however, the bases that came were two different styles. See pictures. The ‘U’ shape is way better than the ‘V’ shape and would like the company to send us the correct ‘U’ shaped ones.

Greater than one weekI installed two of these racks in a trailer. The rack is very easy to load the bike onto, and once the bike is mounted, it is very convenient to be able to pivot the bike right or left (superb design). This rack would work perfectly as designed if installed in a garage or house. But to use in a trailer that is being pulled down the road, around curves and over bumps, we added a few modifications. First we added easy-to-find velcro straps to prevent the front tire from coming out of the rack when we hit bumps. Second, we added a small chain and spring clip to secure the back tire in the lower mount. Finally, we added a chain and spring clip system to limit the swing of the rack and keep the bikes against the wall of the trailer when driving down the road. Everything unclips in seconds and the bikes are easily dismounted. This system is very convenient, since you can swing the bike in the rack to one side or the other to allow for storing other items in the trailer and for easy access to load and unload the bikes. The rack itself mounts easily to the wall and is very high quality. We expect many years of use from this product. We have had 4 very expensive bicycle racks for receiver hitches (obviously a different application), but this is the easiest rack we have owned to load and unload. Loading the bikes on this rack is more about technique than strength, which makes it perfect for those of us in our late 60s to load as well.

> 3 dayI bought two of the Classic versions. Wall stands are a great space saver, but my wife and kids always found the type that hooks around the front wheel difficult to use - so they ended up never using them. The steady rack was easy to install (just follow the instructions to get the right mounting height depending on your bike size). Our bikes were typical road bikes with 27 tires and the top bolt height for the rack was 67 off of the floor. The front wheel rolls right into the stand (no lifting needed) and once in the stand the back wheel rests against the wall mount (approximately 1 off the the floor). The stand holds the bike upright and straight, so there is no risk of the bike falling to one side if the front wheel gets turned or bumped. I plan to get 4 more for the kids mountain bikes/beach cruisers.

Greater than one weekLoved the idea but didn’t work for our situation. Not enough room in our space. Will consider again if bigger garage

> 3 dayIt came out of the box covered in what looked like mold but was actually corrosion. Since it doesnt affect the structural integrity of the rack, I went ahead and installed it. It wont be exposed to rain, since its inside the garage. It was easy to install, and with bum rotator cuffs its much easier to put the bike on this rack than on the ceiling hooks Ive been using. I suppose if someone was concerned about the corrosion they could use steel wool to polish the rack, but hey, its in the garage for petes sake. Not like its in the living room.

> 3 dayWould have preferred the mtn version take up to a 3.0 tire rather than maxing out at 2.8. Forced me to go up to the fat version, which is wider and does not fold into the wall as tight since the rack contacts the wall sooner. Other than that the system is study and easy(ish) to install.
