> 3 dayNice and sturdy. I use it almost everyday for my posture and exercise, by the end of the week I have to inflate it a bit because it losses air. I initially bought it to rock my baby to sleep but it was too small for that.

> 3 dayIt’s not easy to put in stopper. You’re trying to prevent air from coming out, and shove the plug in at the same time, while air gushes out. I needed a second person. And even then, it was a little tricky. I’m still not sure if I have the right amount of air. But it works. After all that was over, it’s been great. My lower back feels better. And my abs feel like they’re actually getting worked. I watch tv and am able to move around. Sitting still can be rough, and I can’t always go outside for walks in the winter. A great work out if you need veeeery low effort. Also great for stimming.

> 3 dayThe Amazon review I left for this ball: I purchased this ball while pregnant and used it as my chair at work for the final three months of pregnancy. It worked well! Once baby was born, I was able to hold him while I sat on the ball and bounce him gently to sleep. It worked well for that, too When the baby grew into a toddler, he loved playing with the large ball, rolling it around the house. It was a hit! Those three things above are enough to get a good review, but the following is why I’m submitting this review! The previously referred to offspring rolled the ball out the door one windy evening, it caught the wind and blew away. We thought never to be seen again. We were wrong. A kindly farm neighbor let us know days after the ball blew away that the ball had been spotted in a waterway that ran through his field. This determined mama set off across two fields full of sharp corn and soybean stocks, across a gravel road, through many briars and thistles, and spiky cut off scrub trees to find a perfectly intact yoga ball waiting in a puddle. This ball not only survived bouncing a mile or so through the afore mentioned hazards, it withstood a lightening and hail rainstorm and later, the intense heat of the sun. So, while I don’t recommend purchasers repeat the unintentional experiment we put this ball through, I can with confidence say, this is a durable yoga ball.

> 3 dayThe ball feels sturdy and thick and overall good quality. It took a long time to inflate with the little pump it comes with. I got it for pregnancy and birth and I chose to get the size large based on my height (5’6”) but I’m afraid it’s too small, my knees bend up at an angle. I wish I got an xl.

Greater than one weekI one of these at the recommendation of my Physical Therapist - not this specific one; but a burst proof exercise ball. I use it to do dumbbell presses on. I have had five shoulder surgeries and decades of lifting and powerlifting have taken its toll. I have significant osteoarthritis in both shoulders; and my surgeon told me after the last one that It is not a matter of if youll need a shoulder replacement, but when. My PT recommended this as a way to keep lifting and extend the life of my shoulders, especially the worse one. I havent done anything crazy; but have used 40lb dumbbells in each hand a couple times; and regularly use 30 or 35lb dumbbells. Between my weight and the dumbbells it is holding over 250 (or more) pounds. I have never felt that there was the slightest risk of a burst. Would definitely recommend.
