I really like that Amazon had a non-toxic exercise ball and that it was a good price, considering inflation. I love the color. For reference, I am 5’4” and got a size Large. I bought a Small previously and it was too small, so be sure to check the size guide. It was easy to inflate and has been working well for the last month that I’ve owned it. I appreciate that it comes with a foot pump too!

Exercise

I recently purchased this ball to help me increase exercises to strengthen my lower back. So I just started using it and it is working out really well. This ball feels very strong and sturdy when inflated. Inflating it took maybe 3-4 minutes, it was very easy, and I used the hand air pump that came in the box. There were extra plugs and a plug removal tool also included. I am confident using the ball and haven’t had any problems with it. I am glad I bought it.

Seems strong for therapy application. The pump supplied is too small for the large ball I bought, I have to use a boat pump to inflate mine, otherwise it may take a long time ~30+ minutes.

The large size is a must. But its great. Surprisingly soft material too. Though the downside is it that the ball material isnt that durable. It gets scratches and scrapes easily. Because im very rough with mine, it is already getting a couple deep scrapes that might lead to a cut. So Id say keep it away from corners if youre going to be moving all the time. The material is way softer and more comfortable than my last one though. Ive learned Id rather have it soft and comfy. Dont mind giving up a little bit of durability for the good feel.

Blowing up the ball was easy as it included a foot pump. A plastic pin goes into the hole to secure the air seal. I have exercised with it with the full weight of my body (195 pounds) and not had any issues. I would keep it away from sharp table corners and objects but I suspect this product will last a long time.

I bought this ball to use at my desk to help with leg and back pain from sitting all day and just generally be more mobile. While the ball seems to be of good quality for the price so far, I ordered a large which is supposed to inflate up to 26 inches if I’m not mistaken. The ball I received inflates to a maximum of 22 inches, which leaves me just uncomfortably short for proper use at my desk. I only received it moments ago, so I can’t leave a proper review on quality or how effective the ball was for my intended use, but with what I got, eh… Seems like a good ball. I just wish I received the correct size!
