I one of these at the recommendation of my Physical Therapist - not this specific one; but a burst proof exercise ball. I use it to do dumbbell presses on. I have had five shoulder surgeries and decades of lifting and powerlifting have taken its toll. I have significant osteoarthritis in both shoulders; and my surgeon told me after the last one that It is not a matter of if youll need a shoulder replacement, but when. My PT recommended this as a way to keep lifting and extend the life of my shoulders, especially the worse one. I havent done anything crazy; but have used 40lb dumbbells in each hand a couple times; and regularly use 30 or 35lb dumbbells. Between my weight and the dumbbells it is holding over 250 (or more) pounds. I have never felt that there was the slightest risk of a burst. Would definitely recommend.

I am 5 1 and I have the xl ball, my legs dont reach the ground have to put my feet on a stool. I use the ball for my desk chair.. loving it other than the fact I dont reach the ground.

I sit most of my day at a desk and my desk. My back has been bothering me, so I thought I’d try using a stability ball. So far it seems to be marking a difference.

We purchased this to replace a ball from the same company that popped. However, dont let that deter you. These are very sturdy balls. That ball lasted through several years of my daughter sitting and bouncing on it daily. She uses this to sit at her desk and do schoolwork, and for exercise. The foot pump works well to inflate it. Also, I am very pleased to report that the safety feature works well that prevents it from deflating quickly in the event that one does pop. This is a useful, quality product!

I have bought this brand in the past and had no problems. I bought to have at my office and I only work 2-3 days a week at the office. The ball does not appear to have a hole or anything. I have my own office and dont know why this has happened. Update: I received a message from Trideer that they will be sending me a new ball. Thank you for the great customer service.

Very nice and rubbery feeling with this ball Love it as my grandchildren are doing a lot of things with it. As a exercise ball I am sure it is very good
