I’ve had to attend PT for my lower back pain and my exercises must continue at home. The exercise ball continues to allow me to keep doing my exercises at home. It’s durable and doesn’t lose air.

This is a great exercise ball. Inflating it wasn’t bad, just a little time consuming. Don’t lean this up against a finished wall. When I moved the ball away from the wall, it took the finish paint right off! Left a mark on my wall and there is now paint finish stuck to the ball.

This ball is extra thick and sturdy. Can be used outdoors without fear of puncture

Big enough for me. Im 6 feet tall. Hasnt leaked yet. Tougher than I thought it would be. Very satisfied

It’s a great ball, just a royal pain in the ass to inflate from scratch. I wish it came with an automatic pump.
