It mildly heats the tank by a few degrees but another heat source was required to maintain proper heat and humidity in a 10 gallon tank.

This product doesnt stick to a tank like its supposed to. I got them item on Friday, and stuck it to the side of the tank that night. By Saturday morning it had fallen off. Tried to put it back up and the same thing hapened again. Very annoyed since I thought this was a good brand.

These mats work great for my geckos. I have them attached to the bottom corner of the tanks, so they can go there to warm their bellies and move to other places in the habitat when they dont need the warmth. The sticky on the pads will last about a year or so, then you have to use duct or electrical tape to attach them. I have no other issues with them and I have been using them for a few years now.

Maybe it didnt occur to me just how little 4 watts was, but I found a use for it anyway. This is a tiny little mat, that Id call more of a warmer then a heater. I found a good use for it underneath the hut in my terrarium, but youd be silly to expect this thing to do any amount of actual heating. Its probably smaller and less powerful then youd expect.

Burnt our snake severely

Didn’t stick to tank well, started coming off 3 weeks later. Otherwise great.

This has been wonderful for our leopard gecko. Not to hot and not too cold..... I would purchase this again.
