Greater than one weekThe mat only stayed stuck on underneath my tank less than week. I had to use black electric tape to secure it to the tank. I was checking every day to make sure it was still in place. Maybe it didnt like my freshly cleaned tank, who knows. After a while I had to replace the electric tape. The whole thing was a disaster.

> 3 dayHorrible product! Does not stick to glass tank regardless of positioning, does not get warm or keep constant temp. Worst product I have ever had experience with.

> 3 dayThe adhesive on this product is very poor. It fell of with a few weeks of being put on the bottom of a glass snake tank. Super disappointed. Would not buy again.

> 3 dayJust set up incubators for my two variety of fruit flies because it is getting to cold in the house for them to go through cycle. Bought this last month and is same watt as other brand. Gave it overnight to make sure it was going to work. Checked it today and it is hardly warm. My other one is nice and warm holding the temp I need. This was not near to working to keep container warm. Both setups exact. I was going to return and it is 4 days over the return period with Amazon. So I am out the money for this one and ordered the other brand. If you go ahead and get this one check it as soon as you get it to make sure it is working properly. Cant say they are all bad but this one was and it cost me time and money. Update: I sent an email to Zilla (not expecting a response) with copy of receipt the day I wrote my review. To be fair to Zilla I just got email saying they have mailed me a new one. So they do stand behind their warranty. Will update if new one works.

Greater than one weekThe heating pad has not worked since first day. Waited a few days and still not heating. Had to connect my thermometer to the heat lamp to regulate the tank temp. I contacted the seller for a refund. Refund will be credited upon receipt of the product. Well, it has very strong sticky adhesive and it is stuck on the bottom of a heavy 20 gallon tank. There is no way to get this off the tank without damaging the tank. I tried to contact seller; nothing

> 3 dayThis seemed to be an OK product, but after two weeks it broke for no apparent reason. Amazon refunded with no questions.
