We used this as a work computer for an associate located remotely. She started having issues with it overheating on her desk. Unfortunately this happened just past the return deadline in September. It lasted about 5 weeks.

Im not a college trained computer expert by any means so I cant tell you about the different specs or anything like that, but Ive been using laptops since dial up was first popular. Ive tried many brands in different price ranges over the years to give me experience to fall back on and I have to say that so far, this little economy priced laptop has pleasantly surprised me. It powers on quickly and has been able to handle everything Ive thrown at it. That says something because Im a multitasker and always have a bunch of things going. It handles multiple browser windows open, videos playing or music playing (wear headphones cuz the speakers arent great) and my favorite writing program all at the same time without bogging. The battery is even decent. On a full battery I made it six hours before I had to plug it in to charge. Not bad.

This is nice mid size laptop for a decent price and it is not loaded with a bunch of junk programs you dont need and will never use. It has many connecting ports and if you need more you can always get a hub to plug into the thunderbolt 4, love the speed. The 500 GB SSD makes for very quick starts, is big enough for all my working files and the processor is fast enough for the MS Office and other programs I use. It comes with Windows 11 Home which is such a breeze to operate compared to Windows 10. I am an old guy and thought I would keep my Windows 7 desktop forever. This is such a pleasure to use it might be time to retire the old desk top. The Windows 10 HP laptop I had met with an unfortunate accident, no great loss.

I bought this laptop for my son to use in college. He loves it and carries it with him at all time. It’s the the perfect balance for school work and gaming.

Buscaba un equipo que tuviera excelente relación calidad-beneficio-precio, parecía imposible y que jamás lo iba a conseguir hasta que encontré esta Laptop. A pesar que trae poco almacenamiento, yo contaba con un disco de estado sólido, el cual le adicioné y sin problemas pude expandir el almacenamiento. Súper recomendado para trabajar en múltiples ventanas.

The computer was cheap and Microsoft 10 had a critical blue screen issue that could not be fixed easily. Sent it back after using it 3 times.

its working better than i expected. we use it for work and its been amazing thus far.

I purchased this to replace a 9 year old laptop. I had it less than a week when I noticed the back getting hot. Really hot. We used a forehead thermometer to read how hot it was & the thermometer could not read it because it was too high. I could not keep my hand on the back of the computer because it was too hot. It took more than 2.5 hours for the temperature to drop.
