This product is basically okay but has one major problem in you cant remove the battery easily to do a hard shutdown. In frequent occasions I havent been able to shut it down. This seems to be a known Windows 11 problem. I have run the power troubleshoot several times to be informed there isnt a problem but it still wont shutdown. With Acer laptops in the past I simply have removed the battery to do a hard shutdown to resolve things. With this model that appears to require taking it apart. Its a toss up who to find at fault, Microsoft or Acer.

This was purchased for my daughter and it is perfect for her needs.

the laptop kept locking up and had to be battery reset several times. Really a pain was afraid several times it was not going to start up again. only had about week or so and had all kinds of issues with it. I have had several laptops and never this kind of issue. must be a flaw in design, i returned laptop and bought different Aspire 5 so far working great.

Its missing a 4 gb ram......well Im just going to use my old part of my laptop

A los cinco meses de uso dejó de prender la pantalla y me dijeron que se daño la Mother board. Refieren que lo mejor es que cambie el equipo ya que la reparación no es posible :(

Me gustó mucho, la verdad superó mis expectativas.

Soy usuario normal no soy gamer, la maquina esta rapida para caulquier tarea comun (office, correo, internet etc) el wifi si es mas rapido con la tecnologia que tiene. La compre en aproximadamente 9000 y adquiri una ram de 8 en 900 pesos aprox. Asi que el total de 10000 me parece un excelente precio. Vuelvo a repetir me gusto tanto el diseño como el desempeño de la maquina. Tapa superior de alumnio, tapa inferior de plastico. hasta el momento no se ha calentado mas de lo normal. Teclado sin la ñ pero nada que no te acostumbres si ya sabes mecanografiar. Viene con windows S pero se quita super rapido (el mismo windows te da la opcion) y te deja licencia de windows 10 home.

Laptop para personas que necesiten tener sus programas de edicion, no la recomiendo pra juegos, aun no le aumento de espacio de memoria pero se puede

I am starting a small business and I did so much research on trying to fit one that fits my needs. This computer is the one. I turned off the S mode and still work perfect. I am soooo happy I was able to get this laptop!
