I have loved these blankets since I babysat my friends daughter and she always had one with her. We used one from this pack as one of the backdrops for my sons newborn pictures and it worked perfect!

These swaddle blankets are by far my favorite, they are large enough to swaddle your newborn and use as a blanket.

Bought these for my niece and nephews baby. I have gifted many of these blankets. They are wonderful! I like the larger size 47x47 cm. These can be used for everything including swaddling. They are a must have for new babies.

These swaddles are the best! We got a couple as hand me downs and I knew when these ones went on sale that we were going to need more. Theyre perfect-- large enough to actually bundle our little dude, but thin enough that we can fold them into a square for his cute little monthly pictures or use them in his car seat. They only get softer with every wash!

There are so many reviews for these blankets and mostly good for a great reason. They are worth 5 star!!! My son is 2.5 years old now and he still uses these blankets in conjunction with the Dream Blankets. These blankets are part blanket and part soothie for him. When he gave up his pacifier over Christmas, he began to rely more heavily on these blankets for comfort. He loves to rub his face on them. Last year, when he had ear infection, we used one blanket on him and he would rub his fingers on a piece of the blanket for comfort. As an infant, we swaddled him until he was about 6 months old and he was in the 90th percentile in size. As a mom, I have used these blankets as a impromptu changing pad, booger wipe, napkin, tummy time mat, shader for the infant car seat, and many other uses that are mentioned in other reviews. Its been so useful and practical that my mom, my sister and I have bought a pack as baby shower gifts to other new moms. We have owned the 44x44 and 47x47. I find that it is so much easier to swaddle a newborn with the 44x44 since the 47x47 is too bulky. We kept and added more 47x47 as my son got older, but we passed the 44x44 down to my nephew after he was born.

I wearily splurged on these myself but now cannot say enough good things about these blankets, they are seriously the only ones we use and I always need at least 2 with me. They are so soft, compact, layer-able, and breathable to prevent overheating. I frequently use them as swaddling blankets, burp cloths, sun shade, a nursing cover, and a blanket for him to play/ roll on! (receiving blankets are useless, and those tummy time mats are too bulky and too small, too hot...even the muslin version of these available in babies r us and target arent the same quality... theyre 10 inches smaller than these) I was even cold in the car once and threw one on and it was perfect, but yet theyre not too hot when Im nursing and its really hot out. Its like they adjust temperature or something! I have repeatedly used these as a backdrop for photos too... they are so beautiful! The baby just looks gorgeous laying on them, loosely wrapped in them, or tightly swaddled in the adorable and tasteful prints. I have a 4 month old, and these are still an absolute necessity for naptime or bedtime. I swaddle him tight in these (hes tall and these still work perfectly!) and he drifts right off to dreamland like magic.

I was hesitant to spend more money on these name brand blankets, but I am SO glad I did. My son sweats like CRAZY in the night and has since he was born. (He is now 4 months old.) I was looking for a swaddle blanket that was breathable, yet LARGE, because my son already weighs over 15 pounds. Every blanket I used was too small, and the bigger ones werent breathable, and he would sweat like crazy in them. I am in LOVE with these blankets. They are so large that they will comfortably swaddle him as he continues to grow! And they are breathable. So although I wrap him around and around multiple times, the swaddle doesnt feel thick all around him. It is fantastic. Our son never breaks out of these blankets either because we do the straight jacket swaddle technique. (Not cruel at all!) Look it up on YouTube if your baby keeps breaking out of the swaddle. I tell you, this technique is amazing! I love how easy these blankets are to wash, and I love how soft they are when they come out of the dryer. These blankets have truly been fantastic. Im REALLY glad I got four. I always have at least one to use if/when the others are in the laundry hamper. I recommend these to ALL MOMS. This is a really great product.

My grandsons absolutely love this blanket! Other blankets would shed fibers and have clumps, but not these blankets. The blankets got softer after many washes.

We ordered this based on another review about it being bigger then the one sold at Target. Its true the ones made for Target are several inches smaller. Bigger the better and Ill tell you why. Not only will the extra size grow with your babies rapid growth but it comes in handy for just about everything. Breastfeeding: when my wife breastfeed in public areas it becomes a great cover. Baby stays cool underneath because the material allows air to pass freely through it. Swaddle blanket: it is awesome as a swaddler, our baby like being wrapped tight but she is also on the always hot side of things and once again allowing air to pass through is a plus+++ Its is extremely soft and comfortable so much so that i found myself using it to cover up one day and used it as a pillow many times. I highly reccommend this product. Not to mention as a gift it keeps on giving.
