> 3 dayIve used several different kinds of baby blankets and receiving blankets for our first boy and found that nothing could keep him swaddled and comfortable especially during the summer months. I finally purchased the aden + anais swaddles from Target and those were great. We could get a tight swaddle when he was little and once he didnt need to be swaddled anymore, we could still use them as blankets. After 2 years, he still loves them! With baby #2, we decided to go with the classic ones since they are larger and love them just as much (if not more). Although they are more expensive, I have a closet full of baby blankets that were only used a couple of times and added up, costs a lot more than these. After a few months, they are getting softer and softer and is a great all around blanket. I use it to swaddle him, cover the car seat carrier, nursing cover and always keep one in the diaper bag. The patterns are very cute and love the animal print...it gives just enough color and playfulness to them.

Greater than one weekMy daughter is already 2 y.o. I still use it as a blanket for her. She loves it. Caring it everywhere. The quality is just superb. I machine wash it every day and after 2+ years it is just like a new. My baby and I just love it.

> 3 daySo cute and they ended up being my favorite things I’ve bought for this baby! They are definitely on the expensive side for swaddles, but I just can’t get over how adorable they are! This was a splurge that I am glad that I am thankful for. I use these swaddles for everything, I cover up surfaces to put the baby down on, use it to cover the carrier so people don’t sneeze on her when going out and about, and of course I use it to make her a baby burrito when she is sleeping.

Greater than one weekThese blankets are so soft and amazing. We received them as a gift and I bought a second set 2 years ago. They wore really well and the colours stayed fairly true. I didnt find them particularly good for getting a tight swaddle, but we found a million other uses for them every day. He laid on them and under them, and played on them. I could use them to cover him in the heat of summer and they were so breathable that I never worried he would over heat. The more we washed them the softer they became. Theyre such good quality that I expect them to survive right through baby number 2. I gave four stars instead of five because they are ridiculously expensive. Try to get them on sale.

> 3 dayI wearily splurged on these myself but now cannot say enough good things about these blankets, they are seriously the only ones we use and I always need at least 2 with me. They are so soft, compact, layer-able, and breathable to prevent overheating. I frequently use them as swaddling blankets, burp cloths, sun shade, a nursing cover, and a blanket for him to play/ roll on! (receiving blankets are useless, and those tummy time mats are too bulky and too small, too hot...even the muslin version of these available in babies r us and target arent the same quality... theyre 10 inches smaller than these) I was even cold in the car once and threw one on and it was perfect, but yet theyre not too hot when Im nursing and its really hot out. Its like they adjust temperature or something! I have repeatedly used these as a backdrop for photos too... they are so beautiful! The baby just looks gorgeous laying on them, loosely wrapped in them, or tightly swaddled in the adorable and tasteful prints. I have a 4 month old, and these are still an absolute necessity for naptime or bedtime. I swaddle him tight in these (hes tall and these still work perfectly!) and he drifts right off to dreamland like magic.

> 3 dayOur son is obsessed with these blankets. We have so many and needed to update some that have gotten quite dirty. These are such a good price. The only thing is one of the blankets came snagged and has put a hole in it and it’s starting to unravel. I’ve never had this happen before.
