These blankets are so soft and amazing. We received them as a gift and I bought a second set 2 years ago. They wore really well and the colours stayed fairly true. I didnt find them particularly good for getting a tight swaddle, but we found a million other uses for them every day. He laid on them and under them, and played on them. I could use them to cover him in the heat of summer and they were so breathable that I never worried he would over heat. The more we washed them the softer they became. Theyre such good quality that I expect them to survive right through baby number 2. I gave four stars instead of five because they are ridiculously expensive. Try to get them on sale.

I LOVE these swaddles so much! They are by far my favorite. My son is definitely a blanket kid and these are my favorite to give to him (he loves any muslin blanket). The colors are super vibrant, the material is thick and the blankets are a good size. We used them when he was smaller to swaddle him and they worked great for that as well. Now that hes older, he just loves on them when hes going to sleep <3 Im obsessed with the patterns (I call him my Man Cub)! I would definitely buy again...Im really tempted to get all of the Disney ones, but my husband would kill me.

Bought these for my niece and nephews baby. I have gifted many of these blankets. They are wonderful! I like the larger size 47x47 cm. These can be used for everything including swaddling. They are a must have for new babies.

I purchased these three years ago and Im now just writing a review. Why? Im still using them and all are holding up so extremely well. At first I purchased these as swaddling blankets/cloths and used them for changing diapers in area that had iffy surfaces out in public (Im looking at you restaurant and department store baby changer station). We have used these to sit on in the grass outside and on public park benches. My kids have used these as capes while playing superheros, and a light blanket in the hot summer months. Later they were used for tent and den making in the house - in addition to the sofa cushions, and as pretend play ghosties over the years. However, now that they have grown out of them, I use them. These are perfect for wrapping up medium-long hair after a shower, or for patting my face dry. Sure, the color has faded after three years, but all of them are in phenomenal shape considering how many washes theyve been through. Would I purchase these again - absolutely! These are also the first items I buy for other expectant moms.

This was one of my splurge items that I purchased during my first pregnancy. They seemed a bit on the pricey side (and I was on a tight budget), but had such good reviews that I decided to give them a try, and Im glad I did. These were perfect to wrap my baby in during the hot summer nights when he was a newborn. (we dont have AC) Our other swaddle blankets were too thick and hot for swaddling, and our son would NOT sleep unless he was wrapped up. As my baby has grown Ive transitioned to using these to cover the stroller and protect him from the sun, and I use them in grocery store shopping carts instead of buying a specialty cover that Id have to lug around. They are very breathable, and they can roll up to very compact size which is convenient for bringing them on trips. My original pack of 4 blankets has held up to weekly washes for the past 9 months, and looks like they will survive to be used for baby number 2.

We really love the material because even after several times of wash, its still elastic and very easy for me to swaddle the baby firmly. We also have Hudson Baby Swaddle blanket, after the first wash, the blanket cannot swaddle that baby well, my baby could easily get rid of the blanket even after I tried hard to swaddle her. Id suggest this over the other brands although its a little pricey, but you get the quality you need.

I just purchased these original Aden & Anais swaddles. Shipping and packaging was great. The print on these swaddles is adorable! Bright colors and super cute patterns. However, Im not so sure about the quality. The Swaddle Designs muslin swaddle blankets I have for my daughter are much softer and less gauze-like. They are tightly woven but still breathable so you dont see any little holes and they dont rip. When stretched, you dont see any holes. These A+A swaddles I just received are a bit more rough but hoping theyll soften after a few washes. Also, the weave seems more open and has very visible holes which Im afraid may tear or rip after a few uses or washes. I got these on sale but I wouldnt pay full price for them. The quality seems the same as the cheaper Target version (Aden by aden+anais). Only the price tag is higher for the original A+A swaddles (which is a shame because these are supposed to be better quality, hence the higher price). My son isnt here yet but Ill update the review if these dont hold up as well as Im hoping they do.

We use this day in and day out and have given away it donated the other brands of swaddle blankets we received. These are all you need, soft, just enough stretch to get a comfortable wrap, the perfect size for even a larger baby, adorable colors, and absorbent when you inevitably have to use it to mop up some spit up.

These swaddles are the best! We got a couple as hand me downs and I knew when these ones went on sale that we were going to need more. Theyre perfect-- large enough to actually bundle our little dude, but thin enough that we can fold them into a square for his cute little monthly pictures or use them in his car seat. They only get softer with every wash!

I use these swaddle blankets for just about everything; an extra layer, swaddling, cleaning up baby messes, burp cloths, etc. I love how lightweight yet warm they are! I highly recommend them to parents of newborns.
