I dont write many reviews on Amazon especially for a product that already has 15,000 reviews, but I had to write this one. Ive been a computer analyst for 25 years and hunch over a laptop every day for hours. My posture is really bad and I have pain in my neck, occipital area, shoulder tops and between shoulder blades. Ive spent so much money over the years trying back braces, special bras, special tension shirts to pull back shoulders, neck stretchers, at-home traction devices, etc. But THIS IS THE BEST product Ive ever tried for shoulder repositioning and support. I usually dont even bother with these type of products anymore, but this one was cheap and my neck was hurting so I thought, What have I got to lose other than 20 bucks? This actually works!!! Ive had it for a month or so and each time I wear it, I wear it longer and notice it less, and when I take it off, I still find myself pulling my shoulders back. It can be difficult to put on, but put your hands behind your back like you are getting handcuffed (not that I ever have, lol) and slip the brace around your wrists and then work it up to your shoulders. It is SO WORTH THE MONEY and I would repurchase with no hesitation.

I have always had issues with my posture. My father mentioned I should buy a posture brace to help me learn/maintain straight posture so I scoured Amazon for a product that might work for me. All other braces I looked into were rated quite low and were designed rather poorly. However, I saw this brace was simple to put on and easily adjustable while using. Once it arrived, I found that these points were both true and the brace worked amazingly. The only downsides I can think of are how gradually uncomfortable it becomes to wear the brace. The longer you wear it, the more uncomfortable it gets. For me, it digs into the skin of my underarms and drives me crazy. Also, it is hard to wear if you are not wearing a form-fitting top or tank top. If your shirt is baggy or has sleeves, it is rather troublesome to wear (in my own honest opinion). Lastly, I found that this brace is kinda hard to do while moving a lot because it makes it rather difficult to reach or bend down to do things (I attempted to wear while folding laundry... epic fail). Although there were several downsides, I quite like this product. It is simple and easy to wear at home or while at your desk. Also, it works rather great UNDER your clothing as well! I am 57/female with a rather large chest. This did wonders for my posture (and even helped alleviate back pain from the heavy chest). I highly recommend this product for people who want to help correct their posture and gradually learn how to keep straight WITHOUT the brace. In my own NONprofessional opinion, I would not use this product for constant use. I found that if you wear this for more than an hour or so, it does more harm than good. I felt short lapses off use were best for correcting/maintaining good posture. I can honestly say this product helped me realize when I was slouching and helped teach me to maintain good posture. Thank you!

I can see the value in this product; HOWEVER I have a rounded part in the middle high part of my back so the brace rode up all day onto my neck and made it impossible to wear. So if you have this condition I would take that into consideration before purchasing it. I am going to try a brace that goes down my entire back.

Slowly adding time wonderful product

Uncomfortable under armpits. But I guess they all are. Once you struggle to strap yourself in though, Its ok and still better than being hunchbacked.

Quick delivery and easy application

Ok product wore few days but the straps dig into armpit and rash starts. Not sure if it’s too tight or what not but yeah I love it just the armpit digs hurt.

Works better than other brands, easy to put on

I got married in May + was horrified Id have bad posture in my wedding photos (Id seen this happen to too many of my friends)! I bought this several months out to help prep my posture - Id wear it for a little bit each day while working from home. It was super helpful in keeping my posture top of mind. Had lovely wedding photos - no gremlin shrimp posture! Id recommend to a friend.

Only thing that bothers me, the under strap is elastic, and when pulling up toward the shoulder from armpit, if it snaps back, I have to take it off and reset. Its hard to do that with it on. Some times I feel the rough velcro on the skin. So not as comfortable as I would prefer but it does work
