> 3 dayYes, it does work assisting in good posture. I found it pulled my shoulders back, causing me to sit/stand straighter and I did find I was straighter even after I took it off. It is very uncomfortable, as others have stated, so I expected that when I got it. Whats the hardest for me is adjusting the straps. If you loosen it so you can slip it on easily, the tabs that you pull to tighten it, are way in the back where I cant reach. So I have to put it on when it is tight and squeeze into it. Not the easiest thing to do.

> 3 dayOk product wore few days but the straps dig into armpit and rash starts. Not sure if it’s too tight or what not but yeah I love it just the armpit digs hurt.

> 3 dayThis worked so fast! I’ve only worn it a couple of times but even after the first time I used it (only for about 15 minutes) my posture immediately improved even when I wasn’t wearing it anymore. I was only slightly disappointed because it’s not as small as I was expecting. It isn’t completely covered by most of the shirts I wear (it pops through the back of my collar) and it is a bit bulky. It also is a bit tight underneath the arms and leaves marks on me, but the results are so immediate and significant that I don’t mind the discomfort or the fact that it isn’t completely hidden under my clothes. The results are amazing!

> 3 dayI bought this for my 15 year old daughter whose posture is atrocious. She had been begging for one for forever, so I finally settled on this one after pouring over reviews. I had hoped it would be as great as many people said- and there’s a chance that it is. Unfortunately we wouldn’t know, as she outright refuses to wear it due to its lack of comfort.

> 3 dayso I have been having back pain on and off for a few years now. during my pregnancy I had an epidural and also due to wearing heavy tote bags over the years ive developed poor posture which contributed even more to my back pain. i even do massages and chiropracter appts occasionally to ease the pain. something told me to get a back brace. I received the product, im petite (51 117) lbs so it was really big on me and didnt support me as I anticipated.. but I ended up wrapped the bands around the velcro to make a tighter fit.. I have to be honest I have been seeing and feeling results in as little as 3 days. when I wore it the first day omggg I felt a great amount of pain since my body wasnt use to it but after the second and third day the pain subsided and I noticed a difference in my posture naturally (without wearing it). I also invested in a body pillow which does wonders when sleeping for those who really have severe back pain.. overall I say purchase it and wear it for a few days before ruling it out. good luck and hope it does wonders for you as well!

> 3 dayUncomfortable under armpits. But I guess they all are. Once you struggle to strap yourself in though, Its ok and still better than being hunchbacked.

> 3 dayI tried this on to see how to wear it and I immediately felt my shoulders straightening out. Having a desk job makes it really easy to slouch and sometimes, slouching everyday for 8-10 hours can have lasting effects throughout the week. The support provided by this back brace is outstanding. Its ergonomic design and adjustable straps ensure a customized fit that targets upper back and shoulders in need of support. Whether youre dealing with upper back pain, muscle strain, or postural issues, this brace offers the stability and compression necessary to alleviate discomfort and promote proper alignment. I plan on wearing this daily between my undershirt and my dress shirt at work.

> 3 dayI havent tried the brace. I bought it before I talked to my Physical Therapy doctor. And when I talked with the doctor, he made it clear that this brace will make me dependent on the brace, rather than strengthening my own muscles so I dont need a brace. The manufacturer tells us as much in their product description. Paraphrasing: You can start with a few minutes a day and then after a short time you can wear it all the time. Thats just another way of saying that after a short time, you get used to the benefit of wearing it, and you no longer need your muscles to do what theyre supposed to be doing. A better solution is to work with your doctor or physical therapist to strengthen your own muscles to correct your posture.
