Bought a new pillow, didnt work. Bought a massager, works, but not for long. Bought this to assist in my poor posture from sitting at a computer most the day to see if this would help. I have worn it for about 2 hours a day for two weeks now. I love it! My neck and shoulder pain have eased so much as my muscles go back to the proper positioning. Yes, it does work assisting in good posture. I found it pulled my shoulders back, causing me to sit/stand straighter and I did find I was straighter even after I took it off. It is very uncomfortable, as others have stated, so I expected that when I got it. Whats the hardest for me is adjusting the straps. If you loosen it so you can slip it on easily, the tabs that you pull to tighten it, are way in the back where I cant reach. So I have to put it on when it is tight and squeeze into it. Not the easiest thing to do.

It is adjustable so you can make it tighter.

I have only been using it for a couple of weeks. Ive noticed that Im sore the day after. It might be similar to exercise and working your muscles. I feel like I am walking with better posture. I expect on my 64 year old body, its going to take a bit longer.

seams to be on the smaller size, still not comfortable to wear for a long time. My chiropractor said it wasnt bad, was able to adjust, but unable to adjust myself once Ive put it on. Seams to lose its strength with use. Sould offer a larger size or better way to adjust the straps.
