Greater than one weekThis worked so fast! I’ve only worn it a couple of times but even after the first time I used it (only for about 15 minutes) my posture immediately improved even when I wasn’t wearing it anymore. I was only slightly disappointed because it’s not as small as I was expecting. It isn’t completely covered by most of the shirts I wear (it pops through the back of my collar) and it is a bit bulky. It also is a bit tight underneath the arms and leaves marks on me, but the results are so immediate and significant that I don’t mind the discomfort or the fact that it isn’t completely hidden under my clothes. The results are amazing!

> 3 dayMy shoulders are impinged and Ive been having lots of neck pain when using a computer or being in a static position. I wear a neck brace when in those situations just to not be in pain. I dread having to go to the theatre, on a plane, or anything where I have to just sit because Im in so much pain. I put this on and realized that while wearing it I dont need to wear the neck brace. The shoulders rolling forward is the sole cause of my neck pain. Until I can get the impingements corrected with PT this is definitely a life saver.

> 3 dayIt’s been great. In a matter of a couple of weeks I’ve already seen a difference. There’s a slight discomfort from the straps being too wide and a bit thinner, but other than that it’s great. Comfy is a great product overall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

> 3 dayI work as a lash artist and this is great for helping my posture. Even on days I forget to wear it I notice myself straightening my posture more. Only down side is it does irritate my underarms at time.

> 3 dayseams to be on the smaller size, still not comfortable to wear for a long time. My chiropractor said it wasnt bad, was able to adjust, but unable to adjust myself once Ive put it on. Seams to lose its strength with use. Sould offer a larger size or better way to adjust the straps.
