Greater than one weekSeems to be a good product. Had an electrician install it. Won’t know until something happens if it works.

> 3 dayInstalled easily enough...although I would strongly suggest that EATON pre-solder the leads. Stranded wire does not work well for crimping into a breaker connector. Once I soldered them everything worked well for the installation. Im counting on it to protect things from the frequent surges/drops we get here in Florida every day when the afternoon lightning storm passes through. Ill update it to a 5-star rating if we make it through the summer with no household damages from the lightning and other outages.

> 3 dayEasy install, pretty happy with it, not sure if it works well since we havent had any crazy surges in the house nor do I want to find out if it works, but its peace of mind. Cant lose with this purchase

My Humble Opinion
> 3 daySomeone had posted and wasnt sure if this was warranted by EATON. Upon diving in, this is sold by Billows Electric Supply. They are listed on EATONs website as an authorized distributor. If you have a warranty claim, they will ask! Make sure to buy from someone that is authorized. The whole point of this product is to protect all your more expensive appliances in your home. If for some reason one of them goes bad even with this surge protector installed, EATON will cover the cost of the replacement (please see their tiers of coverage).

Greater than one weekReplaced a free one from our electric company that was compromised when our house was hit by lightening. This one should protect us better, beefier, had an electrician install it in our electrical box.

> 3 dayIt is one of those devices that you cannot test to see if it works. We live in an area that is subject to high transient spikes, so it will not be long before we find out how it works. Have replaced a lot of power supplies on electronic equipment in the past.

> 3 dayInstalled this product several years ago in my new house. Two weeks ago, lightening struck our power pole, blew out the transformer. House was protected, absolutely no damage. Shop on a separate circuit, same transformer, blew outside light, GFC socket, and a battery charger that was plugged in maintaining a charge. Now ordered a second protector to install in the shop. Have replaced all that was damaged, but protector is well worth the price and trouble for installation.
