> 3 dayIf you have a more than two hermit crabs and have a big cage (or just some spoiled crabs and a big cage ><), Id recommend getting two bags. Or just two for when the tank needs cleaned. Great texture, it sticks together very nicely.

Greater than one weekMy crabs love this product but company needs better packaging procedures. Package was open upon delivery and sand got everywhere. Would have returned but had to discard due to mess.
