> 3 dayIve been using this product consistently for about 2 weeks with no perceived change (yet). I plan to finish the bottle and reassess. The oil is messy since water doesnt completely rinse out the little cup, youd have to use soap as well. The oil also gets the bottle a little messy as well. Not a huge fan of the flavor but I have managed for the past two weeks.

I could immediately notice the difference in the shade of my teeth from the first use. The taste is not bad. And it leaves a long freshness in your mouth .

Greater than one weekI didn’t get the tongue cleaner that it was supposed to come with. Per the reviews, the tongue cleaner is needed after the pulling.
