Ive been using this for 2 months. It has helped with my gums and teeth whitening. Think this is the best purchase Ive made off Amazon so far.

I started oil pulling with normal coconut oil I buy from Sams Club. I purchased this thinking the minty flavor might be nice along with it already being in a liquid form, it actually was not. It gagged me and was a little overwhelming to me between the texture and flavor. The product itself is good, just wasnt for me.

I like that its liquidy from the start. Ive always had a hard time with the solid coconut oil melting in my mouth. Also, the peppermint oil gives it a better flavor.

i’m not sure if healthier but definitely whiter

I bought this on a whim just to try it out and see if it would whiten my teeth and improve my oral health. I am not sure how its improving my oral health because I havent been to the dentist since starting it but its DEFINITELY whitening my teeth. I really wish I took before pictures but I didnt think it was going to work so I didnt. Ive been basing the color change off of my most yellow tooth and I can see a significant change in about a few weeks of using it every day. My medication also gives me dry mouth and this helps with that as well. Some tips: you HAVE to be consistent with it. It wont work if you dont use it consistently Ive found. If you cant handle the recommended 15 ml, definitely go down to 10 or even 5 and find whats comfortable for your mouth. If my muscles get tired of swishing it around Ill just hold it still in my mouth for a minute or two to give it a break then continue swishing. Dont try to make yourself stand at the sink to swish this either. Time goes by faster if youre tasking while swishing. Ive got it in my mouth right now while writing this review. I will be a long-time buyer of this!! Will update with what my dentist says next time I get a cleaning!!!

Ok so I’ve used this for months now and I love it. However, I usually buy it from Walmart but they were sold out so I ordered from here and it arrived damaged and messy. I threw it away immediately, trying to save the floors, but didn’t think about keeping it for return. Amazon came through for me so I didn’t lose out and the pulling oil works so well that I’m still here to praise it.

Not fond of the taste and smell but after a few seconds it doesnt bother me. Love the results this products gives; leaves your mouth feeling clean....of course after brushing that is.

My gums feel good every time I use it. And my mouth feels clean and refreshed

I just started using this yesterday! I did it for 3 minutes yesterday and 10 minutes this morning! I love the flavor and the feel of my mouth after rinsing and brushing! I see a slight difference in whitening just after 2 uses.
