09-06-2025I started oil pulling with normal coconut oil I buy from Sams Club. I purchased this thinking the minty flavor might be nice along with it already being in a liquid form, it actually was not. It gagged me and was a little overwhelming to me between the texture and flavor. The product itself is good, just wasnt for me.

> 3 dayI have always had gum issues, and after my braces I had gingivitis. After several years of not treating my gums properly, I ended up with periodontal disease. Every time I brush my teeth my sink look like a crime has been committed lol I went to the dentist because I ended up with an abscess and decided that I needed to get something done. The Dennis advised me that I needed a full mouth extraction after looking at my x-ray, I was blown away I went home thinking about the thought of getting dentures at 53 years old. My daughter who is 18 years old pediatric dentist assistant told me Mom you need to get this product called coconut pooling. After two days of rinsing my mouth with this product, my gums begin to heal my teeth, no longer bled. It was as if I had all new teeth again. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from gingivitis gum, disease and any other gum issues! Also, my teeth have NEVER BEEN whiter!
