Greater than one weekI love my oral care hygiene, super awesome, no more smelly breath, keeps my mouth clean throughout the whole day, even if I had something to eat, my breath still stays fresh, especially working with people and being around people, it’s important to have fresh breath at all times!!! I love using this natural product as a mouth wash!!! Taste funny, but WORTH IT!!

> 3 dayLove this product so much! I used to use just plane coconut oil years ago but this product has really made it so much easier for me to get back into oil pulling. Its quick and convenient. The taste is not too overpowering for me but you can tell its there, its a subtle mint flavor. I like that it comes with the container to measure the solution and the tongue scraper to use afterwards. I have noticed a huge difference in my overall oral health with this product. My teeth are whiter, less sensitive and I notice my breath stays fresher for a longer period of time. Would definitely recommend for those looking to start oil pulling and a natural alternative.

This is not to say that you should forget about the dentist, however anyone that has ever had to go through teeth brightening or the dreaded deep cleaning process, should give this product a try, you will be amazed by the results. Just follow the instructions on box and prepare to be amazed by the results. I recommend it highly and will be re-ordering again!

Greater than one weekWanted to try mainly for the teeth whitening . I couldn’t start out at 20 minutes . I started at 2 minutes and have worked myself up to 10 . I could immediately notice the difference in the shade of my teeth from the first use. The taste is not bad. And it leaves a long freshness in your mouth .
