Greater than one weekLove this product so much! I used to use just plane coconut oil years ago but this product has really made it so much easier for me to get back into oil pulling. Its quick and convenient. The taste is not too overpowering for me but you can tell its there, its a subtle mint flavor. I like that it comes with the container to measure the solution and the tongue scraper to use afterwards. I have noticed a huge difference in my overall oral health with this product. My teeth are whiter, less sensitive and I notice my breath stays fresher for a longer period of time. Would definitely recommend for those looking to start oil pulling and a natural alternative.

> 3 dayI started oil pulling with normal coconut oil I buy from Sams Club. I purchased this thinking the minty flavor might be nice along with it already being in a liquid form, it actually was not. It gagged me and was a little overwhelming to me between the texture and flavor. The product itself is good, just wasnt for me.
