Poor user interface.They claim it fixes everything however to do more they want you to upgrade and purchase different products.May be sending this back for a refund.

Pay much, Get little, Pay more to get what you should have gotten originally.

This suite of programs provides a wide array of functions from virus checking and prevention, system configuration, HDD maintenance, purging junk files, and more. There is an option for TOTAL CARE, their name for the app, but I have some reservations about the reliability of some of the functions, I>E> the Registry Cleaner and Registry compactor, It appears they may cause some issues over time, in my experience. I have used this for about five years, and recommended it to several others, w/ same caveats. It is worth the money and can be renewed on annual basis for half the retail cost.

This program helped to get my computer back working again. It checked and fixed areas that I wasnt even aware of.

I have used System Mechanic Pro for several years now and it is very easy to use and keeps my computer running smoothly. Its really the best all around computer protection and utility system out there.

Excellent product and great delivery

I have used this for 5 years. I bought it initially to clean up my desktop. It worked well and had kept it running well during that time.

I think it should do more for the price paid.

The concept I was told it would do is continually scan and pick up on adware, spam, etc. which it DID NOT! It ignored some stuff that I had to get a tech to clean out, ads were continually allowed to flash when I was doing something else. It didnt have clear enough instructions of installation for (63 yr. old) me. It did not fix anything that I can think of.
