> 3 dayThe sink clips broke on the undermount sink in the kitchen, it began to sag and we were panicking because water was leaking between the sink and granite countertop. I researched a lot and found this system to boost the sink back up and keep it in place. My husband and father in law had it installed in less than an hour and it has been doing the job for the last few months with no issues. We re-caulked around the ring of the sink to get a good seal and it is more sturdy now than ever. It doesnt get in the way of the cabinet space and seems to be keeping the sink tight against the countertop. Highly recommend if you have an undermounted sink.

> 3 dayI really liked this product for the way I used it. My undermount stainless steel sink detached from the granite countertop as it had not been originally installed with any kind of clips or brackets to help hold it up, only the silicone adhesive/caulk. I was completely worried about trying to find a granite fabricator to drill and install clips when I found this product. Although the instructions discuss using this to lift the sink into place, I did not try to use it for the actual installation. I just did not see a good way to get the sink almost in place and still have enough room to lay the caulk bead before raising it all the way to mount it. So I used a board spanning the sink cut out above, with bar clamps placed in the drain holes to pull the sink up. This gave a slightly uneven pull since the drains were off center toward the back, so I used a small (bottle) car jack underneath to lift up the sink and caulk it into place. Once the sink was secured with the clamps and jack and it appeared to be exactly where I wanted it, I installed the Never Fail brackets to lock it in place. I had room to get one side done while the caulk was drying, but since the jack was in the way, I just waited to get the other side done the following day after the caulk had set. No big deal since the clamps and jack were keeping it in place. The long side brackets were super easy to install and reached well below the bottom of my sink so I had plenty of room to drive the screws without the sink being in the way. I would recommend you install the bracket for the small front slide lock before you put the sink in place. I managed to put it in, but it took some tricky, off center placement and a ratcheting right angle screwdriver. For how I used it, this was just the ticket....

> 3 dayMy granite installer did a less than stellar job installing my sink - they used about 50 pieces of small granite with epoxy around the whole sink. About a month ago, we noticed these small granite pieces falling down and the back of the sink dropped causing water to leak into the cabinet. I stumbled onto the Never Fall system while looking for a way to repair this issue. Well packaged and easy to read instructions led to about a 15 minute install of the two brackets. It took me longer to scrape the old caulk out from between the sink and granite. I made sure to put a bit more new caulk than necessary between the sink and granite, and have had zero leaks since. Once the other side of the sink starts to fall, I’ll order another set. Great product!!

> 3 dayIn almost 20 years, this is only my second Amazon review. This product is so perfect, I just had to leave a review. My undermount sink was pulling away from the granite. I stressed about it for months and wasnt really sure what to do about it. I was afraid to hire some local handyman who could accidentally crack my granite countertops. Long story short, I had these installed and my sink was fixed in less than 30 minutes from the time they were delivered on my doorstep. Im not a handyman, Im a computer programmer by trade. The instructions are simple, well written, and in perfect English! These things are so easy to install, so sturdy, and make so much sense! I dont know why they arent required by code to begin with! For the price, theres no reason to wait for your undermount sink to fail. Just go ahead and buy these and never worry about it again.

> 3 dayI purchased 3 sets of these to install a new sink. With 2 sets at the back, 2 on the sides and 1 at the front center, I dont think Ill have any problems with the sink separating. Installation was straight forward, just dont mount the brackets backwards (et to Bruta), makes it easier to get the rods into place. If you have worked under sinks before, you will appreciate how easy the whole system is. Adjusting the tension was a breeze, just use a small pair of slip joint pliers and youre good to go!

> 3 dayI used this product to repair my mother’s under-mount kitchen sink, which had fallen. It not only added support, but made the entire job much easier. I measured and installed the anchors with the support rods about 5 turns extended. This gave me just the right amount of room when I added the support rods to back off and allow a gap to add some silicone adhesive. Rotated the rods to hold it firmly against the counter, tightened the locking nut, and done. Feels very solid, even before the adhesive dries. Would definitely use again or recommend. UPDATE: 1 year later, sink is still firmly in place. :)

Greater than one weekThis product is wonderfully designed. My undermount stainlesss sink had seperated from the countertop. Other people had added bracing and use silicone adhesive but all had failed and it was a mess. I spent quite a bit of time removing all of the residue from the previous fixes and then permanently fixed it with the Never Fail system. Very easy to install and well designed, very sturdy. A+

> 3 dayOur stainless steel sink had separated from the underside of the granite countertops on one side, and I tried the Never Fall system, and it worked exactly as advertised. I was honestly a bit surprised that it worked as well as it did, and that it was as easy as it was. I highly recommend it! You will need a small level though; it says you want to get the screw-in brackets vertical or itll cause problems.

Greater than one weekAn innovative product from an inventor. It will help any handyman homeowner fix a fallen sink in matter of hours. Our builders plumber did a shotty job by using Epoxy and wood shims pressed against sink lip and granite. I learnt later that this is a common practice for under-mounted sinks on Granite or Quartz. Positives: Easy to install once sink is held in place using sink setters. Slide and lock mount is very handy to support in the front. Cons: The double sided adhesive cannot hold the weight of the bracket.... needs further development Recommendations: The set should include second Slide and Lock for balanced support or seller should create separate set with for larger sinks with 2 Slide and lock mounts. This is highly recommended for offset 2 bowl sinks like mine. I had to buy second set from granite fabricator supplies seller GrandQuartz.com. Seller needs to caution the buyers or installers not to over tighten the mounts as it would start pushing the granite up away from the cabinet or break the joint.
