> 3 dayThe sturdiest installation hardware for new or replacement sinks in the kitchen or bathroom. No drilling into ceramic, marble or any type of countertop. Mounts to the side wall of of the base cabinet. Less obstruction of the cabinet storage space as opposed to those mounted to the bottom of the cabinet. Easy installation...great product!

> 3 dayMy SS sink was falling out of the quartz countertop, in a one year old home. I was NOT happy. I found these, and they looked like the perfect solution. They installed very easily, and are very sturdy. My only problem was that the sink wanted to slip out of place, until the silicone set up—so I had to hold the sink in position for an hour. I don’t fault the supports. Silicone is really slippery when it’s wet. Just be aware.

> 3 dayI used this product to repair my mother’s under-mount kitchen sink, which had fallen. It not only added support, but made the entire job much easier. I measured and installed the anchors with the support rods about 5 turns extended. This gave me just the right amount of room when I added the support rods to back off and allow a gap to add some silicone adhesive. Rotated the rods to hold it firmly against the counter, tightened the locking nut, and done. Feels very solid, even before the adhesive dries. Would definitely use again or recommend. UPDATE: 1 year later, sink is still firmly in place. :)

Greater than one weekWhoever designed this is a genius! Our 12 year old undermounted kitchen sink suddenly detached from its granite countertop adhesive (found out that no clips were ever installed) and we thought it was a plumbing disaster until we found this brace unit. Problem solved! So easy to install, directions very clear. Extremely sturdy hardware. Highly recommend as a preventative measure or a fix.

> 3 dayHIGHLY recommend; with an undermount sink that fell right out of the granite countertop, I didnt know how to fix it. This made it easy and my sink is now fixed and rock solid. For anyone that doesnt have experience in such things, it was easy to install, with a great instructional video. Im extremely happy I didnt have to pay hundreds of dollars for a repair, and would absolutely recommend this sink repair system to anyone

> 3 dayWoke up one morning to my sink laying inside the cabinet below it. After much research, I chose the Never Fail Complete Sink Repair system. Being a 66-year old female, I was concerned about 2 things: 1) ease of installation and 2) durability. I sure didn’t want to have to do this again! When the product arrived I was happy to see it appeared to be high quality manufacturing. Reading the instructions—which were thorough and easy to follow—led me to believe I could do this alone. Except for the part where the sink needs to be supported while the adhesive dries, which is not actually part of this support system. But I’ll tell you how I addressed that, in case any of you are in a similar situation. After more reading, You Tube-Ing, and searching for stand-ins for the clamps I didn’t own, I copied the suggestion of one man and kept the sink in place with duct tape!!! Worked like a dream. The supports of the Never Fail System went on with ease after the adhesive dried. Then came my favorite. Part of the job...when I pat myself on the back because I did it alone! I’ve had the Never Fail system in place for 6 months now and there have been no problems. But I knew that would be the case by the time I’d finished the job. The design of this great system is brilliant and doesn’t require the use of epoxy like some of the others. I can’t praise the company who makes this product enough! It’s hard these days to find products that 1) do what they claim, 2) provide quality workmanship re: the parts, 3) supply instructions that are sensible & easy to follow, 4) are free of useless gimmicks and 5) have been designed simply but effectively. Bravo to those behind the Never Fail Complete Sink Repair System! I hope this review sends you more soon-to-be-satisfied customers.

10-06-2025My undermount sink separated from my counter recently because the clips that were glued onto the underside of the granite counter on the far side of the counter (towards the faucet) failed. I bought two sets of these Never Fall Complete Sink Repair systems so I could replace the wooden pieces holding up the sides and front of the sink and also support the far side in the hopes that I will never have to deal with this issue again. I installed a bracket on each side of the sink, two brackets on the far side, and both of the ratcheting front supports on the front (I had two of them, so I figured why not?). Because I completely removed my sink to perform my repairs, I didnt use the repair clips that were provided--I just screwed both the top and bottom of the ratchet bracket directly to the cabinet. Everything looks good so far! These brackets were EXACTLY what I needed and I wish the person who originally installed the sink had used these instead of the glue-on clips that they used. If youre looking to do an undermount sink installation (or to repair one), get these. Theyre sturdy and easy to install.

> 3 dayworked as expected. front clip was a little tricky and I could only use one screw on the base due to limited space. best installed before the sink.

> 3 dayI really liked this product for the way I used it. My undermount stainless steel sink detached from the granite countertop as it had not been originally installed with any kind of clips or brackets to help hold it up, only the silicone adhesive/caulk. I was completely worried about trying to find a granite fabricator to drill and install clips when I found this product. Although the instructions discuss using this to lift the sink into place, I did not try to use it for the actual installation. I just did not see a good way to get the sink almost in place and still have enough room to lay the caulk bead before raising it all the way to mount it. So I used a board spanning the sink cut out above, with bar clamps placed in the drain holes to pull the sink up. This gave a slightly uneven pull since the drains were off center toward the back, so I used a small (bottle) car jack underneath to lift up the sink and caulk it into place. Once the sink was secured with the clamps and jack and it appeared to be exactly where I wanted it, I installed the Never Fail brackets to lock it in place. I had room to get one side done while the caulk was drying, but since the jack was in the way, I just waited to get the other side done the following day after the caulk had set. No big deal since the clamps and jack were keeping it in place. The long side brackets were super easy to install and reached well below the bottom of my sink so I had plenty of room to drive the screws without the sink being in the way. I would recommend you install the bracket for the small front slide lock before you put the sink in place. I managed to put it in, but it took some tricky, off center placement and a ratcheting right angle screwdriver. For how I used it, this was just the ticket....
