> 24 hourThe only thing wrong is the cable is too long. My keyboard is six inches from the computer, but the cable is 8 feet long. good sturdy cable, is IN THE WAY. Is there any way I can get a shorter cable to connect the keyboard to the computer without filling all my workspace? The keyboard itself is the best I have ever had, and Ive been dealing with keyboards for 33 years, not counting typewriters.

> 24 hourNot the fault of the keyboard. I think I have just not been typing on mechanical keys in too many years. In any case, I found it too difficult to type on or do much of anything else. But, no problem. My daughter has the membrane Razr Chrono and more than cheerfully traded with me. She tends to pound the keys and loves the mechanical keys. So, problem solved. It was a very good trade. My thoughts about the mechanical keys (which I previously adored). I love the click and tactile feedback. It was quite difficult for me to hit the keys with enough force to properly execute any function. However, I have been working off laptops with membrane keys for probably over a decade at this point, so my hands are trained to that orientation now. You love mechanical keys? This is the keyboard for you. It is quite lovely. Just not for the old lady me.

> 24 hourEDIT: Have been using this keyboard for almost 2 years now & used it extensively in Pandemic producitivty times of the tech industry(heavy typing) Initially I had problems with repeating keys. But I dont have that issue anymore. I dont know if I adopted in typing or the keyboard had a breakeven period. Eitherways, a very good keyboard at this price point. Yellow switches are really good. I have been using mechanical keyboards for years(esp red & blue switches) This is my first linear activation switch keyboard. So I will write my review (from last 4 hours of usage) into two parts: a) Keyboard: It is aesthetically built(along with reliable software) The key & keyboard quality is very high grade. The wrist support is also very comfortable. The RGB is highly customizable, but I havent explored much on it(I have a deathadder mouse and just duplicated its settings into keyboard as starting point) b) Yellow switches: It is kind of hit & miss. As I told I have used red & blue switch extensively and my typing is very accustomed to it. I am seeing character repetitions with yellow switch. It is because of the nature of this switch or the timing(displacement distance for registering the key stroke) I hope I wont be typing too many errors into my coding etc(as some things like ii can be caught by a compiler than eye during intensive coding/debugging sessions) I would recommend this keyboard is you are looking for something portable, beautiful and more over fancy gaming keyboard.

> 24 hourI like this keyboard. The TKL form factor is perfect for my small setup. The Chroma LEDs are great. It is Razer, so of course it’s a bit pricey, but I’d definitely recommend. Ranked mine a tad lower on the “for gaming” score because I got the green switches which feel a bit like trying to game on a typewriter.

> 24 hourThe box says for gamers by gamers but Im a programmer not a gamer... I have a much cheaper tenkeyless keyboard with noisy blue cherry keys that I really like but is too noisy for my wife since I work from home. I chose this keyboard because their website had sound samples and so I had a good idea that it would be quieter before I paid so much. It is MUCH quieter than the blue cherry as I hoped. The O rings help only a little bit. My wife is MUCH happier too. The downside is that the shifted function on the keys is not backlit. The first image shows the keyboard with backlighting on. I replaced the 0) key with one from my blue cherry keyboard. It fit and the second image shows that the ) is visible with the backlight on the other keyboard. Unfortunately the skirt is too long on the keys for the blue cherry keyboard and the stroke bottoms out on the skirt, which increases the noise. I used a dremel tool to scratch some of the secondary functions through the black paint so that they are visible with backlighting. Its not pretty but it works for me. Such a small change in how they printed the keycaps and it would have been a great keyboard for gamers and programmers.

> 24 hourIve used this keyboard for 3 years. It was great until the last couple months, I started getting key repeating issues, press q and I get qqq same thing on multiple keys (m,g,=,7, etc). Internet says this is just dust in my keys, so I blew them out with canned air over and over, no luck. Razer support said theyd replace my keyboard, great! Nope, its past the 2-year warranty, so they took back their word on the replacement. Ridiculous considering how much they tout their 80 Million Keystroke Lifespan and long-lasting switches on a keyboard equipped to handle years and years of constant gaming. Dont trust their marketing, trust their 2-year warranty. Besides that, the keyboard is pretty good. I wish the fn key had RGB, so weird that it doesnt, and Razers software isnt too bad, but still not great. The worst part is the keyboard doesnt remember the light setting, so when you use it on a PC without the Razer Synapse software installed, it just color cycles. This wouldnt matter except Im using it for work now and dont want to install Razer software on my work PC. I have a cheap $40 keyboard that has a couple dozen built in lighting modes and color sets without any software. One of the best parts of this keyboard is the wrist rest, its still holding up great. Its so hard to find a rest made for TKL size keyboards. The other wrist rest I have from Redragon isnt nearly as good. Update on my key issues, I sprayeda drop of WD40 into the keys with issues and the problem went away over time. Could have been a firmware update too, not sure.

> 24 hourLets start with the good. Build quality is solid. The feet, deck, and switches are all built to last and easy to keep clean. The white-only illumination is nice, I do not need a unicorn barfing a rainbow on every keystroke. The switches are quiet have a nice tactile bump, however I am not a mechanical switch connoisseur. The USB-micro cable is detachable/replaceable and braided which is a nice touch. Now the not so good. The secondary characters do not illuminate; for example the / is lit, but not the ?. I use an advanced form of hunt-and-peck that includes some touch (dont judge me), so this is occasionally an issue for me. The cable is USB-micro, not USB-c. Why? Now the bad. Remember how I said the switches are quiet (not silent)? Yeah, about that. There is no audible click, yet a few switches squeak (sarcastic yay!). And ALL the key presses make noise. Every damn one. It has been described as a Clydesdale on a cobblestone street and a box of Legos thrown down stairs. People know you are working. HARD. And will ask you to mute on conference calls. Or maybe ask you to pay attention. You will definitely have their attention when using this keyboard. You have been warned. All in all, I really LIKE this keyboard. Everyone I work with does not, I catch a lot of razzing and grief.

> 24 hourI love this keyboard, but its pretty loud. I wish the O-Ring Sound Dampeners were already on it. Im too lazy to put them on. However, I dont know if it will be as smooth with them on. I guess it is more quiet than the Huntsman keyboard. Every keypress on Huntsman sounds like throwing a brick against a wall, so this is much better. ...Razer Orange switch technology provides tactile feedback with a quieter click, requiring 45 G of actuation force; ideal for most gaming and typing experiences - I guess this is not completely misleading since it is quieter than the other Razer I had but the word quiet should not be in the description of this item since it is not. Are quiet mechanical keyboards a myth?

> 24 hour----------------------------------- English ----------------------------------------- I bought the keyboard based on a lot of reviews and it is perfect to work with, being tenkeyless it is easier to grip the mouse closely, the orange + orings switches reduce noise a lot but nevertheless being a mechanical keyboard it will always do more noise than a conventional keyboard, if typed correctly, the noise can be moderated. Recommended to work, to play it also works very well but perhaps for something more precise other types of switches are better (such as Linear optical switches or cherry MX Silent red) ------------------------------------ Español ------------------------------------------ Compré el teclado en base a un monton de revisiones y es perfecto para trabajar, al ser tenkeyless es mas fácil agarrar el mouse teniendolo cerca, los switches naranjas + orings reducen mucho el ruido pero sin embargo por ser un teclado mecanico el siempre hara mas ruido que un teclado convencional, si se escribe de forma correcta el ruido se puede moderar. recomendado para trabajar, para jugar tambien funciona muy bien pero quizas para algo mas preciso es mejor otro tipo de switches (como los Linear optical switches o cherry MX Silent red)
