> 24 hourNeeded to easily duplicate some of my cd and dvds. The first package arrived open. I installed , but when I tried to complete the installation, it said the disc was already registered and wouldn’t let me complete install. Somebody had bought it, installed it, then returned it to Amazon. They got it for free. Amazon apparently just put the open box back into rotation and I got it. Useless. Had to reorder, then return the other one with a note that told them what happened and don’t sell this again ! It wont work ! Once the second one was installed, the program worked great. Drag the file over to the drive icon and burn it. Just that simple.

> 24 hourNot as intuitive as I would like, the program does provide many options for file conversions. I only used it for CD conversions to WAV and MP3 files, not at all for DVD conversions. Other than some titles being displayed in Japanese it does a good job. Unfortunately I am illiterate in Japanese.

> 24 hourDifficult to navigate. Cant figure out how to get chapters to show up like its shown in the Theme preview tab where it shows 6 previews to a page. All I can get is 3 previews per page and even then its just one big picture with only the names of the three chapters. The instructions keep going on about creating sub menus. I dont want sub menu! All I want is ONE main menu that ALL my videos will go onto. Guess the old saying rings true, you get what you pay for.

> 24 hourOnce I downloaded the software burning was easy.the only complaint is they dont tell you where the product key is on PC download list not in the large box under write product key. You have to go back to review your product its should be there on the bottom of the info. They should make it easy to find I read the reviews a lot people cant find it .anyway when you find it and install it works great
