Greater than one weekWell it looks cool and i like how the usb cable is included and slips to the side of the case. Its small and thats nice too. Really cant say to much about it as have not used it much, but in order to enter their contest to win an ipad air you have to write a review so here it is. LOL - Anyhow did copy 284 gigs of data from an old drive and it took about 3.5 to 4 hours to copy all that - might be because the computer copying it was an older computer. It has a 3 year warranty but am hoping it lasts alot longer than that. Really have nothing bad to say about it so far.

> 3 dayA very good device to store tons of games, movies, tv shows, music, or whatever media youd like. I have so much stored on it and yet its not even halfway full. The USB 3.0 makes data transfers very fast(as long as you have the 3.0 jacks). The only thing that I have found that is wrong with this product is that the little black things that hold the USB cable come off very easily. They can go back on, but they are easily lost. All in all 5/5 stars! Edit: Have had this for almost a year now and still working good as ever.

> 3 dayBought for my sons PS4. 3 stars for unknown hard drive brand and didnt pull it out to check. PS4 just says Silicone Power or whatever. Works so far, no issues as yet. 4th star is for the case. I never LOVE on any rating.

> 3 daythe drive itself is operating very well. However, on my Lenovo computer which has 4 USB 2.0 ports and 2 USB 3.0 ports I can only get it to function properly on the 2.0 ports. When I connect it to the 3.0 ports it is not seen by the computer or it is seen as 2.0. Sometimes it is detected as 3.0 since the blue light on the drive turns on but will not mount in that case. trying to deal with Lenovo tech support since I am not sure whose problem it is yet.

Greater than one weekGreat product. Using it as an external arc drive to store my XboxOne games given that I purchased in of the early consoles with limited space. Does great as you can easily run games off the external hard drive without any hiccups in game play. Can also transfer between the XboxOne hard drive and this one quickly. This hard drive comes with a USB cable that can also be attached to 2 rubber clamps that are attached to the hard drive itself for easy transportation. Since the 4 years I’ve owned this have lost one of the little plastic clamps that keeps the USB attached for easy traveling but not a big deal

> 3 dayI bought this drive almost 5 years ago. It served me well for quite a bit of that. However, there are flaws in its design. Before anything else, it’s the fact it uses a USB-A port for its I/O. While it was made prior to the introduction of USB-C, it just feels awkward to use that. Additionally, it can’t be used with USB-C computers via a USB-C to USB-A cable. It has to be used via an adapter.

> 3 dayThis drive seemed a little slower on large file transfers than the other model Armor drives that we have. After looking at the other drives, I reformatted this one to NTFS and partitioned it into 3 less than 500gb drives. That brought it up to the apparent speed of the others. Still a great drive.

> 3 dayI rarely write reviews, but I had to because I came to buy another one of these (after 6 years of GREAT use) and I see people slandering this AMAZING hardrive. I am a content creator (vlogger) on Facebook and YouTube and thus make a lot of videos, store and access a lot of files. I travel a lot. Internationally, and I live full time in an RV. This hardrive has been to Africa, South America, Central America, Caribbean, and Mexico. It has been in a backpack, international checkout, in my purse, hanging from me laptop, and edit bays cross country. I dont abuse the device, but it has taken some bangs and has been FAITHFUL. FAITH-FULL!! I use this instead of the PC hardrive (because PC hardrives fail. But not this!) Im buying a new one because the bios drivers on my new PC crashed while I was broadcasting and corrupted this disk. Im doing data recovery and guess what? The Files are STILL THERE! I need a new drive to transfer my precious files to while I format the old drive to use again) and Im back here and see ppl speaking ill about this amazing drive?! Not on my watch! Ive dropped this, its banged against the sides of tables at coffee shops. It has fallen (and held tight to the USB cord without damaging my computer, or shorting, or weakening in any way! ). Ive lost files before with other drives. I know how fragile they can be. Thats why Im writing this review, to advise anyone who may be wondering what to get and you dont know who is a complainer or who is too easily impressed. You can choose who you want to listen to, however, I am telling you, I BROADCAST LIVE STREAMS around the WORLD with this hardrive, it accesses the files without any lag or delay, and it stands up to international travel, drops, and bangs. That is MY WORD! I dont know these other commenters (or whether they work for the competition) but I know ME! (Im a public figure). And I am telling you, this hardrive is LEGIT! This is the drive I trust my work videos and family photos on. Boom!

> 3 daySo far, so good. Downloaded my whole computer onto it the same way I would use a flash drive (USB drive). The case holds the cord, which I appreciate so that it doesn’t get separated. I haven’t dropped it, but it seems hefty enough to be able to take a hit. Also not planning on purposefully testing for waterproofing or any other things that might risk it breaking, but if they accidentally happen, I will update my review. So far, I am very pleased with the quality — especially considering the price.
