Greater than one weekI needed something for my windows and these do the trick. Easy to install and operate. Gives me a peace of mind. Also great for sliding doors if you have a toddler in the house who can unlock the door on their own, great safety product.

> 3 dayThese are well designed and have a super strong adhesive. While the directions on the box tell you to just peel and stick in place, its best to clean the surface you want to stick it on first. There are no instructions on how to remove these when the time comes, but just assume that once removed they cannot be reused. I will use them to lock a window open a few inches, and prevent it from being opened all the way. These can also be used on any doors that slide past each other, like sliding closet doors, shower doors, and cabinet doors. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

> 3 dayI’ll give it two stars for working to stop my sliding door from opening. The problem is, even closed, the door stop stops the door from opening smoothly and almost ripped my door seals. I cannot use this product at all.
