Bought this for my PS5 as I needed more storage and since it was recommended by Song and the price was Perfect and Size I bought it and put it in my PS5.

This 2TB Drive is phenomenal! Large amount of space, fast as all heck, BUT its a bit pricey and a bit spicy. The drive runs kinda hot, so if you dont plan to/have a NVMe heatsink built into your Motherboard it *might* be a good idea to get a heatsink with it.

Good and Fast. Is perfect.

With limited onboard storage on the PS5. This drive is a great option for easy storage expansion on my PS5. The built it heatsink means you get everything you need and assemble ready to install. Performance has been great and at spec.

The hardest part was getting the ps5 case off and on. You will need a small screwdriver to install the ssd. Transferring games was very fast.

Conveniently comes with heat sink attached. Easy to install.

What an absolute joke that it doesnt come with the screw THAT YOU NEED TO SCREW IT IN. COMPLETELY USELESS PRODUCT WITHOUT THE SCREW

I have two PS5s and the internal storage is lacking for use with PS5 games. This drive solves that problem. Easy to install and more than triples the storage for PS5 games. As always WD Black is a great product. This is the second install and has worked like a charm.

I took a chance and ordered the 2tb with heatsink back in April for my ps5. It was on sale for $435, bit of a gamble but definitely worth it now. Thankfully Sony released the update, and now that I’ve installed it, it’s fantastic. True 2 tb of use and really fast.

I have Sabrent, Samsung and Western Digital m.2 SSDs in my PC and all the SN850s died within a week. avoid this crapstick
