I dont know why its not working for me. Im using the right bulbs, but my UVB bulbs keep getting destroyed. I dont use the heat bulb and the UVB at the same time, or it destroys my UVB. I have to physically remove my UVB bulb when I want to use the heat bulb, so it doesnt destroy my UVB bulb. :(

UV bulb went out after a couple of weeks. But it’s a pretty hood lamp for the money.

i just bought this last week and today i receive it and yes i am from out of USA and noticed here that its 120 V thats why when i receive it i spent 30$ to buy voltage converter from 220 to 110 v but sadly :( no luck i have checked evrything before i connected to the power but after finally i turned it on the heater bulb did not work at all and the UV bulb lighted for a seconds then it turned off with smoke :( really i dont know what the problem and by the way i tried my studio light which is 120V and it worked perfectly

Perfect for my turtle tank so they get both heat and uvb.

Wanted the flexibility to have the UVB light and basking light. This allows you to have both and use either one individually or together at the same time. Great for a turtle aquarium.

The fixture is fine but the heat bulb is so weak I can rest my hand on it without getting burned. My turtle room is 78 degrees, a slate rock 6 under the light had a surface temp of 78 degrees. I removed entire unit and replaced with a 120v chicken warmer with reflector for a quarter of the cost. I cant recommend unless you have a small tank with enough room to fit this in the tank, not on top of it.

Two fixtures in one for maximum convenience! The dual fixture allows for one Basking Spot Lamp or 100 W Power Sun UV Lamp and one Nightlight Heat Lamp.
