Great product. Decent pricing compare to other brand. I dropped it twice accidentally and it is still working fine. It looks great and the individual switches are very handy. Do have to be careful when picking the product up as it sometimes will tilt to one side.

I initially decided to buy this product because I was tired of replacing the bulbs in a much cheaper unit unfortunately there was a Bad UVB bulb in a new package. Replacement bulb cost $24 I dont want to have to replace the entire unit just need a working bulb. Unfortunately there isnt a way just return the bulb and unless Im missing something theres no way to contact the seller.

I’ve had this light for a few months and both bulbs run 12 hours a day on a timer. Neither have burned out, the basking light produces plenty of heat for my Northern Map turtle. Would buy again Edit: took 8 months for the basking bulb to burn out running 12 hours a day everyday. UV bulb still running strong

Bulb socket on one side quit working after using for just over a month.

second socket did not work shortly after buying it and new bulbs, because I thought the bulbs were bad. Poorly made.
