Zoo Med Aquatic Turtle UVB Heat Lighting Kit

I love this product because the fact that it is very cheap and it comes with two lights and the housing for it. Usually the housing will run you at least $30-$40 plus each Individual life will run you at least 20 bucks.

This lamp has met all my expectations and warms up nicely. Ive had it for about a little over a month and my turtles love it. Will update if anything goes wrong.

I like this better than I thought I would. I purchased the stand to hand it on, instead of clipping it on. It has made it much easier to get in and out if needed. The quality is better than expected. Very pleased with this purchase.

Just barely hit the second month of having it and one of the bulbs is burnt out!! I followed the instructions so its not like I mistreated it n burnt it out. VERY UPSET!!

Put this on a 5gallon tank that sits on top of my 75 gallon for my turtles to bask. And temps didn’t reach past 75degrees. My Yellow Belly needs high 70s to lower 80s. I upgraded the bulbs to 75 watts zoo med bulbs and my temps are lower 80s. This fixture should’ve been sufficient for up to a 20 gallon according to the info I obtained. However, I’m still very happy with this fixture.

Bought this for my turtles reptile exhibit and after a week of using the lamp, one of the bulbs has completely burned out. Extremely frustrating that I already have to replace the light.

The UVB bulb burned out the first day. I like this set-up but such a disappointment that I need to replace the UVB bulb within the first 24 hours of receiving the light set-up.
