Zoo Med Aquatic Turtle UVB Heat Lighting Kit

Worked great at first. I have one of these set ups in my Musk turtle tank and purchased this new one for a new setup. Left light just stopped turning on for no reason. Tried plugging into different outlets but appears to be dead. Really disappointed and can’t find a way to reach customer service

I like that it isn’t huge, and my turtle are both enjoying it but the heat light keeps falling apart!

second socket did not work shortly after buying it and new bulbs, because I thought the bulbs were bad. Poorly made.

I literally just received this in the mail maybe a week ago and the uvb light is not working anymore! If the seller could please communicate with me, because obviously there was something wrong with the uvb light I received.

Plugged in the bulbs and they blew as soon as it turned on. No one has been in touch to replace the bulbs

this item is really disappointed me, I ordered this light on July 03, 2017, and the UVB light, which is the white one, until today July 19, 2017, is already down, and I did not even turn this light on 24/7, but it just burned!

Great set up for both UBV/heat light all in one. It came with lightbulbs. So easy! I like that its black (matches rest of my set up).

This double light worked great for my turtles. I put a heat bulb in one side & their bright light that they sun in on the rock in the other side. It was also nice that you can operate each with a separate on off switch, so I could turn their heat light off in the daytime but keep the bright lightbulb on for them to sun under. Then at night I’d turn their heat bulb on to warm them properly & turn the bright light off so they could rest.
