Zoo Med Aquatic Turtle UVB Heat Lighting Kit

Worked great at first. I have one of these set ups in my Musk turtle tank and purchased this new one for a new setup. Left light just stopped turning on for no reason. Tried plugging into different outlets but appears to be dead. Really disappointed and can’t find a way to reach customer service

Everything came exactly as it was described. You may want to get a stand, or some type of fixture to hold up the stand. My yellow bellied slider loves it this is a great kit for beginners, and anyone else who just wants the overall value of the deal. Each of the lamps have their own plug. I had to purchase an extension cord to connect everything to the outlet, and timer. I wish I wouldve known I that I wouldve needed a lamp stand to go with it. You have virtually nothing to keep it up without one. If I could go back I would purchase this again with a lamp stand.

Great product. Easy to hang, no mechanical issues. Very happy with it.

I got it today and UV light is already broken.

I attached my lighting to the tank for basking purposes using the Zoo Med Reptile Lamp Stand, Economy Size. Setup was easy and works well; it takes a bit to heat the basking area but then does become warm for my hatchling turtle. Im glad I got the kit instead of buying the lights separate I think it was a good deal and instead of wondering if its the correct light I know these were. A nice feature is the seperate wires because I can turn off the basking light when my turtle decides to stay up there for too long while leaving the light on. Overall very happy with my purchase.

If you live in Australia u need two adapters cause it fixs into a different power point but I have a two foot turtle tank this fits on there very good over my turtle dock and the uvb light covers all of my tank

I have bought a total of 3 of these in the past, all of which have arrived with one of the dome fixtures not working. Do not buy!

Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the basking light literally worked for only an hour before it went out. I had an extra basking light so not worth returning and waiting for another one. Other than that it was an easy set up well see how long these bulbs are lasting

I ordered this set it up and 5 minutes later the UVB bulb blew.....I cannot find a way to get the bulb replaced I want to keep the light......

Didn’t work just started using it and it’s messed up and broken
