Greater than one weekGreat tool! It removes a lot of material compared to a normal rasp and does not easily clog. I have four stars rather than five because the teeth on the coarse side lost their edge faster than I hoped, though I’ll admit I use the rasp a lot. A replacement blade piece would soften the blow of having to fully replace when it fills. I will be buying another one though. It’s a decent tool.

> 3 dayI love this tool. Better than our western style cheese grater rasps and easier to use. I now have a new item in my basic tool inventory.

> 3 dayWorks great for rough shaping. Very nice to have have a rough side and a fine side. Would be nice to have a handle on the opposite end but that would get in the way so I can live without. Use gloves and there’s no problem

> 3 dayIve certainly used this a lot more than I thought I ever would. A very precise instrument with a fine cut on one side & a course cut on the other. No more loaded files - clog free by design. Pretty ingenious design actually. Ive also used this to precisely take down the edges of some bead board paneling to fit uneven corners. Really sharp cutting blades. Worth every penny.

> 3 dayI cant believe I found this! I have had this tool for about 35 years. It still works perfectly. I got it from a relative who died and it was old then. I was worried that if I ever lost it I wouldnt be able to replace it. I didnt think they made it anymore. Im getting another just in case. One of the best aspects is that it cuts clean and fast and you can lean the side on the adjacent piece without damaging it at all. It also doesnt clog much and is easy to clear when it does. It is easy to keep square on edges that you dont want to break.
