I like these, however, 2 of the 4 did not work. That was disappointing. It takes a long time and many tries to get them to connect to WiFi but when they finally do, they are great! I turn on lights in the house when I am arriving after dark. I would have given 5 stars if the other two had worked.

I originally purchased a Wemo so that I could program my Rocket espresso machine to come on a half hour before my morning and afternoon coffee times, but discovered that the it wouldnt work for me. I do not have Apple network devices, and learned that with my iPhone I could only manually turn my machine on and off remotely, but not establish a SCHEDULE for it. I returned the Wemo and found the BN-Link device. It offers easy on/off schedule programming on my phone via the BN-Link app, and easily handles the high amperage of my machine. The directions for linking to your wifi are unnecessarily complicated--some would say convoluted--but once I played around with it a bit, I found my network and things fell into place. BN-Link would be wise to simplify those directions, because I am sure some people get frustrated and send the thing back. That is unfortunate, because once you figure it out, it is great.

Love these timers! We enjoy decorating for Halloween and Christmas inside and out. We used these timers inside for all our lights this year. All you do is plug them, set your time on your phone, and your good to go! We used to use those old mechanical timers. Never again! With these timers, all our lights turned on at 5pm. Plus if you want them on all day, just open you phone and switch them on. No more running around the house trying to line those mechanical timers up and just to have them fail. Also, these timers are great for when you work late and come home to a dark house or if you are traveling. No more dark house! Again we love these timers and will buy again!

I ordered 4 of these in June 2021 and they were fantastic for the price. I ended up needing more so I looked up my old order and ordered more on November 2022. The new devices no longer monitor power usage and no longer send notifications. I asked support about this and they said it was due to the chip they needed not being available. Sounds believable. That said, the revised product that I ordered wasn’t any cheaper even though 2 of its abilities were removed.

Difficult to install, maybe it was my samsung s20 ? May be the smart life app? I do not recommend this product .

These seem to work pretty well - once theyre set up. They were a little tricky to set up for me as the app didnt find them automatically. I ended up having to add them manually. But, they seem to work fine now.
