> 3 dayThese plugs used to have energy monitoring. The new plugs use the same interface in the app, look identical, but they don’t have energy monitoring. This feature allowed you to track how many kW you were using per day, and even a monthly report. It’s no longer there with these new versions. The old ones were fine. Why did you change it?

Greater than one weekIm spoiled rotten because of these smart plugs. I wake up, tell alexa to turn on lamp 1 and start coffee maker. By the time I make it to the kitchen, coffee is made or made enough so I can use pause and serve. So darn handy. If youve never tried a smart plug, then you maybe missing out. These are quality plugs that are easy to set up. Works with alexa, so give these plugs a try. Worth the money. Great value.

> 3 dayWorks gr8 after long trial & error. Took a half hr of trial & error getting it 2 connect. Printed Instructions are terrible & app doesnt help either (missing a step or 2)! After I got it 2 connect it worked gr8! Def better than old-fashioned manual crank timers that I was used 2, & more versatile.

Greater than one weekI mainly use these for my holiday lights around the house. I previously used timers but if the power went out I had to reset them all. The power is out a lot here. These are so handy. I can set timers up in my app on my phone or just manually turn them off and on. There is still a button on the unit if something doesnt work right with the app. Havent tested them on my Alexa devices. Not sure I will use it in that capacity.

> 3 dayI owned 3 Wemo devices that I purchased several years ago, and they had always been very flakey. So over Christmas, I purchased a few of the BN-Link devices for our Christmas tree and some outdoor lights, and have been very pleased with how easy they were to setup, and easy to link them to my Google Home, with no issues. Recently, after a firmware update, all my Wemos stopped working, so after about an hour of troubleshooting and trying to fix them, I just got rid of them and replaced them with these much more reliable devices. I recommend these over Wemo because they are less expensive, and more reliable.

> 3 dayI purchased the 2-unit package of smart wifi plugs. One of the plugs worked great, the other not at all. I emailed Customer Support about my problem, and they sent a replacement that I received 2 days later. I did not have to return the defective unit. Tip-of-the-hat to their Customer Support, Diana and Steven, because it could not have been easier for me. I am using the smart plugs to turn lamps on and off in the house. Each plug has a manual on/off button, and each plug is set up with its own on/off schedule via the smart-phone app. You can also turn each plug on/off via the app. I like it!

> 3 dayNot rated for it but we are using these outside (covered patio up near the roof in a weather rated outdoor gfi outlet). We have a set of heavy duty outdoor string lights plugged into them that we like to turn off and on wirelessly. I chose this style based solely on where the power button is. The outlet is installed horizontally and the cover makes it hard for the other wifi plugs to fit (the power button on most of them is on the left side and the cover presses on it and turns it off). This one is a little cumbersome but the plug on the back is on the left side and the button is on the right so it hangs down out of the outlet perfectly and the button is clear. The last wifi plug we had was only 10 amps and it got fried in a month. Not sure if the draw from the patio lights was too strong or what, but this one has been working well so far and it was easy to set up (I did not set it up so cannot give any specific details on that).
