I scanned a school picture and printed if off, it looked professionally printed, I couldnt believe the quality! Im very happy with this printer and glad that ink isnt very expensive!

> 24 hourHave used this printer now for two years and it is still functioning well. Other than the usual complaints of high-cost ink and no faxing abilities, my only complaint (recently discovered) is that all functions shut down when the ink on this printer runs dry. For example, I need to scan a document into my computer. I ran out of ink yesterday and received an error from the printer. Even after shutting it off, the error is still there and I cannot override it to scan, despite the fact this doesnt require any ink. VERY INCONVENIENT, poor programming. Still, for the initial cost of this printer its a good deal, especially if you dont print all the time and are conservative with ink.

> 24 hourThis used printer came in good condition which was a wonder considering the box looked like it had been handled by a gorilla. The printer is working OK..... but, the problem is it came without the user guide and from China. The shipper knew it was going to America and it would have been nice if they had put it in to the English language. We have not tried real hard to put it in to English and Im sure that we will be able to do that. Just keep in mind that this can happen when your product is coming from a country other than America. Other than that one little problem, we are happy with our purchase. Thxs.

> 24 hourI recently replaced my ink cartridge but Im having a problem. Every time I print many lines on the page appear with a black line running through them. Has anyone experienced this before or does anyone have a suggestion of how to fix this problem? Thanks, Shira

> 24 hourWow, just what the doctor ordered! She even looks good! Like the closed dust protection features, ease of use, and quality of prints considering the price. There is no better deal on the net! Shes my first printer so I did my home work on this one. Very happy with Amazon and loved the FREE shipping! I highly recommend this if your looking desktop printer in this price range. She is a little loud, so use it before you put the kiddies to sleep. Ok just kidding, shes not that loud.... Thanks Amazon Ill be back

> 24 hourHave had this printer for about a year. Worked well enough until we upgraded Mac operating system to Snow Leopard OSX 10.6.2 - then things started to go wrong. Printer required new driver download and still wont print accurately. Print preview shows documents in correct format, but printer spins an extra blank page and wont print text with correct spacing from letterhead. Also encounter other problems with Mac/Pixma interface, but wont detail them all. Dont know if problems are caused by Snow Leopard or Canon. Apparently they are not made for each other. Gobbles ink, but it printed nicely until the Canon/Mac interface failed.
