Canon MP480 All-in-One Photo Printer

> 3 dayThis is a compact all-in-one printer (about the length and width of a laptop). The software and flip up screen are very easy to use and the color quality of the copier is excellent. It also has a quiet mode for printing after dark. It uses a large deal of ink, but so do all of the Canon inkjet printers. Overall, a good value, but they forgot one thing. There is no auto power-on/off setting, so you either have to leave the printer on all the time or turn it on every time you wish to use it.

> 3 dayIm not kidding! This is the best little printer Ive ever seen. I previously owned a Dell. It was several years old, and the print jobs were just not up to par anymore. I ordered this one, and when I printed the first pictures, I couldnt believe it. I wish I had ordered it sooner.

> 3 dayThe price on this printer was great, I bought it just to print a newsletter that I send out every month. I used to print this on a Pixma IP3500 and used 2 1/2 black cartridges at $13 each. This one used 4 cartridges at over $20 each! Id have trouble recommending this one, the cheap price will be quickly made up by the cost of the ink!

> 3 dayThe printer is good for what I need but it has a couple small issues. The display screen will not open all the way. Additionally, the paper feed is intermittent and registers no paper when there is actually paper. All and all for the price, it will suit my needs fine. I have experience with Canon printers so I can trouble shoot these issues when they arise.

> 3 dayThis is a wonderful printer for the price. It has a stand alone feature where you can use your memory card from a digital camera and print without being connected to your PC. The entire system workes great with Windows Vista, which is a plus. The ink cartridges are the easiest to install of any printer that I have had. I really had to have a preview window screen and could not find another printer with all these features at anywhere near this price.

> 3 dayeasy set up, easy use- scans, copies and prints pretty well. Not bad at all for the price. It does use a fair amount of ink but thats about par for the course for an inkjet.

> 3 dayI am not sure how long the ink will last, but the quality of the print is great for the money. Mine is mostly used for print and pictures and I have found it easy to operate and has good quality. I would recommend this printer.

Greater than one weekDO NOT FORGET CABLE! Youll need it and Amazon has a 6ft. Belkin for less than $5.00 with free shipping. You will pay over $20.00 for the same cable at the office supply stores. I checked. Using the EASY button is expensive. The print quality and color is excellent. This is an outstanding printer for the price which is actually less than two sets of cartridges. It takes longer than I expected to warm up. There is no SLEEP mode. It is either on or off. During the warm up period, unless it is in QUIET mode, it sounds like an angry raccoon trapped in a utility closet and will cause every cat in the house to flee for their lives. QUIET mode is a permanent setting around here. It is stylish and compact. The LED command console provides clear and concise controls for stand-alone copying. A good value and a dependable brand make this a great buy.
