When I 1st tried this, the feeling of oil in my mouth made me gag slightly, but as I continued to use it I got used to the taste and texture. Its not sweet at all and has a hint of peppermint flavor. My jaws were initially tired after swishing around for 15-20 minutes, but now Im used to it. When I started using this product I was taking an antibiotic for an abscess. Within 3 days my abscess was gone! Im sure the antibiotics had a lot to do with it, but I believe oil pulling helped speed the healing process up tremendously. Ive now been oil pulling for 3 months and have received praise from my dentist for how plaque free and healthy my teeth and gums are. I like this brand better than using coconut oil and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to try oil pulling.

I’ve managed to whiten my teeth and remove stubborn plaque within a few days, this product is phenomenal. This is not to say that you should forget about the dentist, however anyone that has ever had to go through teeth brightening or the dreaded deep cleaning process, should give this product a try, you will be amazed by the results. Just follow the instructions on box and prepare to be amazed by the results. I recommend it highly and will be re-ordering again!

Ive been seeing alot of videos of people using this product so I decided to start trying to use it after 3 kids my teeth have been getting petty bad and I wanted to try new things to help get them at least a little better to feel better about myself. The oil is thick so it was a little weird when I first started using it but I just follow the easy instructions included on the bottle to help my mouth feel way cleaner after using! So Ill give a few weeks and have to update my review hopefully it helps

Wanted to try mainly for the teeth whitening . I couldn’t start out at 20 minutes . I started at 2 minutes and have worked myself up to 10 . I could immediately notice the difference in the shade of my teeth from the first use. The taste is not bad. And it leaves a long freshness in your mouth .

Been using it everyday for a couple weeks and don’t see much of a difference whitening wise but it’s still good for oil pulling

If you want healthier gums and cleaner teeth. This is the product to use. It doesn’t taste good but it worth it. I get a dental cleaning every 3 months. They had to always scrape the tartar build up. Even though I was doing everything that the dentist recommended. After I started using this product that changed.

I absolutely love this pulling oil. I dont know how I ever live my life without foolingual. The first time that I used it The taste was very different I wouldnt say it was bad it was just very different you could definitely tell its all natural so I had to get used to it but I mean the second time it was fine. I almost immediately saw results within the first two days of using this product with my teeth being whiter. I have tried the Crest 3D whitening strips and they work so and so they make my teeth very sensitive I have tried the LED lights and that does not work on my teeth this however I would say is the best whitener if you would call it that that Ive ever used and I would definitely recommend this to anybody who just wants overall better mouth hygiene and whiter teeth.
