Hikelite 18 Hiking Backpack , Aloe Green

Osprey makes great packs that we often use for backpacking trips. We were looking for a good daypack for carrying essentials while hiking with our dog. This pack works great for my wife and she hardly notices that she is wearing it. The included rain cover is a nice addition also. She loves this pack so much that she wont let me use it. Very light weight.

I use it everyday for work and hiking on the weekend. Its a great small pack and a welcome addition to my Osprey Atmos 65. Just wish there was a more effective way to rein in the clip straps when not in use, then tend to get in the way.

My partner and I have done day hikes and car camping all over national parks across the country and most recently Alaska. This is the perfect pack for all your essentials. Not too big or too small, just right!

Quality. Extremely light. Perfect for short day hike

Works alright for day hikes, for sure, but the shoulder strap padding is too thin (first time using, at the end of a strenuous five-hour hike at altitude carrying a full pack (mostly water and snacks, and extra layers), my shoulders hurt and the skin over my collar bones were bruised - never in my life have I experienced that with a backpack before) and the pack itself makes your shirts pill badly around the lower back. I ruined a bunch of t-shirts on a recent trip. Im actually worried about carrying this pack while wearing a more expensive jacket or rain shell. It might damage those items too. Seems theres no way around that.

Meets all my expectations

I love this pack! Use it on my day hikes and even used it hiking to half dome. I chose this one because of the back style which is very comfortable and cooling and also because it was the only small affordable osprey I could find with trekking pole loops. Would definitely recommend!

Good backpack! Ive used it for mostly day trips.

So far Ive gotten on two flights with this pack. Super comfortable to stable. Hitting the slopes with it next.

I used this on a slot canyon and it did really well. Has some wear from the sandstone but thats expected in that environment. Great little pack!
