> 3 dayWaist straps are the old kind that does not stay put. If Osprey had used their newer waist straps that tighten by the hip I would have kept this pack. Sent it back because it did not live up to Ospreys standards.

> 3 dayI was looking for a bag to take on walks. I had an ok bag before, but my back would be all sweaty on hot days. It’s amazing how the mesh on the backside of the bag helps with circulating air to my back. It’s easy to adjust the backpack to customize the fit. All the pockets and clips are great. Water bottles stay secure even if the bag is on its side. My one complaint is that the bag does not sit upright (that picture they use is deceptive).

> 3 dayThis backpack was smaller to me than it appeared in the photo-- but I think that is common among hiking bags. The construction is *outstanding*. The stitching is neat an uniform and double in weight-bearing areas. The materials are thin and strong. Every surface has a texture, and the colors absolutely pop.

> 3 dayI really wanted to love this pack. Its lightweight, fairly comfortable and I absolutely love the airspeed ventilation system on the back, which lived up to the hype. After a 12 mile hike in mild conditions, my shoulders/back felt completely dry. However, I had mixed feelings about the frame. It seemed a little much for such a small pack, but perhaps necessary for the awesome ventilation system. The bottom corners curve out a bit, so I tightened the straps to make it sit higher on my back to prevent the corners from rubbing against my hip bones. Im a pretty lanky individual (511 ~160 lbs), but the frame felt a bit narrow and seems like it would be ideal for a smaller individual. Theres a seam where thicker material connects to the mesh on the lower back. That in combination with the bottom corners where the frame sticks out caused major shirt pilling. Despite being fairly lightly packed, after just a single hike, the brand new shirt I was wearing showed substantial wear on the two spots on the back where the pack frame sticks out. This issue (pilling shirts) was one of the main reasons Ive been looking from my old pack which was made from cheaper materials. Unfortunately, it appears this pack may be worse than my last one in that regard.

Greater than one weekThis is an awesome little pack. It’s little but that is what I wanted. It’s really comfortable and breathable. It does have ridged supports in it so don’t expect to fold it up in a little ball.

> 3 dayOsprey makes great packs that we often use for backpacking trips. We were looking for a good daypack for carrying essentials while hiking with our dog. This pack works great for my wife and she hardly notices that she is wearing it. The included rain cover is a nice addition also. She loves this pack so much that she wont let me use it. Very light weight.

> 3 dayI was looking for a lightweight bag with ventilation, and this is it. One superficial qualm: I wish the colors were more muted. The Kumquat Orange looks like a gentle, almost burnt orange on my browser (which I prefer), but in reality its even beyond kumquat level brightness. Hope the sun and dirt will tone it down within a couple of hikes.
